He was able to come out same day for an emergency because my toliet wasn't flushing at all. And the plumbers that was called out 2 days before (from a different company) didn't do a great job! He was pretty quick! He was also very professional and you can tell he wanted to get the job done versus the previous plumbers who was quick to get in and out! Roger Ross plumbing did excellent work. Same day repair for a streaming leaky bathroom faucet. It is an older home with older fixtures. Technicians were professional clearly explaining the problem. They went to supply house to get the replacement cartridge and returned quickly repairing the bathroom sink faucet - all good to go. I'd recommend this company for any plumbing repair. They are responsive, professional, and good at their trade.

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

All of the work looks amazing and the price was excellent.

On 12/5/14 I was quoted a price of $900 by the plumber to install 2 shutoff valves, replace a faucet converter for bathtub, install faucets w/block for utility sink, and fix a small leak in gas house heater piping.The guy did not do the converter, claiming it was not part of the job. A fact that I clearly stated that I wanted him to fix. The converter was the most expensive and most time consuming.This company basically robbed me out of $400.00 -IF I WERE YOU, I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
