Toni was easy to setup an appointment with because he was able to text me availabilities and update me when a time slot opened up sooner than originally planned. I like that he wears booties for his shoes which is an added benefit because we don't wear shoes in the house. He looked at both issues i had with the sink and shower faucets, wrote down and gave me a detailed plan and estimate before getting approval to work. Great service overall.

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). We had a pipe leaking behind a wall in our basement. I called someone else first and they couldn’t see us for 6 days. So my wife went on eyes and ears and someone recommended Aqua. I called and in 2 1/2 hrs they were at my house to look at the problem ( it was 4 pm ), and they next morning the job was finished.Job well done! And my wife said they were nice guys.

Very impressed with the services and help we received. Their employee was very personable and professional. I appreciated they breaking things down and thoroughly explaining what was happening with our furnace.

After just purchasing a newly renovated home, I had a terrible leak and wasn’t sure where it was coming from. Splash technicians came out right away to temporarily stop the leak. Zoom was great. They were able to schedule an appointment the same day we called and gave regular updates to the status of their arrival. James was very polite and got right to work. He even put on his shoe booties even after we told him it was not necessary. Our sewer had a slow drain. James sent a camera down the line, explained what he found and told us our options. Our receipt afterwards included a copy of his report and what he did. We would definitely recommend James and Zoom to anyone with drain issues.
