I called for an estimate. Mat came out and was supposed to send me an email. I’m still waiting. I don’t think I’m the right “ color” for this company. I”ll take my “ green” money elsewhere! I would give 0 stars if I could!!

Huge help great price

I had a leaking pipe in my basement. Economy Drain Cleaning & Plumbing arrived as scheduled and quickly repaired the pipe. The price was also very reasonable and I don't feel like I was overcharged. Most of all my problem was resolved. Keep up the great work.

I have had Roger Ross Plumbing onsite to replace exterior failed hose bibs The crew arrived and quickly and professionally took care of the project.As a follow on to that I also had the crews replace my vintage water hater with a new tankless system and re-routed my gas lines to clean up the basement ceiling. The crews again took pride in doing the job very timely professionally and neatly. The areas where they worked were cleaner than when they started. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their plumbing systems worked on!

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I will not hesitate to use and recommend Joseph's Affordable Plumbing in the future.

Came very fast after initial request.While cleaning drain pipe technician Mike identified the main reason for poor drainage and fully explained what needs to be done in order to completely fix this issue (sidewalk trap needs to be replaced). Overall positive experience from this service even thought drain problem was not fully fixed with this visit, however next steps were pinpointed and discussed.Thank you for your service, Mike and ZOOM Drain!

Called on a Sunday and he came out right away. Fixed the problem in no time. Very knowledgeable, professional, clean and priced right. Would recommend him to anyone.

I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.
