We've used John multiple times and we've always had nothing but a positive experience. You can get on the schedule quickly, John and his crew are always polite, professional, they work tidy and efficiently and do impeccable work. Their experience in working on old Philly houses shows as they're honest with what things are going to cost or simply can't be done without a large investment-- they keep everything pretty practical and they let you know when things can be addressed later or need to be addressed ASAP which is really helpful as a homeowner. Can't recommend him enough!!

They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

I was kept updated as to when someone would be checking out our broken pipe, since they were busy and slightly delayed for the day. Problem was assessed and immediately fixed, same-day. Very responsive, quick and informative team.

These guys have been my plumbers since I bought my first property in 2003. I’ve used them for probably everything at this point. They can do everything from new construction to historic properties. Roger is a master plumber and has trained his guys to do things the right way and they really take care of your property. Super clean and careful. He stands behind his work. He’s been my plumber since day one and runs a great business of responsible plumbers.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. To wake up on a 14 degree morning and realize your heater is not working could be beyond stressful. However, I called Brian at 7am and he managed, in between dealing with plumbing and frozen/busted pipe jobs, to repair my heater the same day!!! The day before a snow storm and the expected polar vortex!!! Brians prompt response and repair made the whole situation alot less stressful!!! Couldnt ask for better service! My house is nice and toasty

I had Best Choice replace a condensate pipe in a closet in our house at the beginning of August, that seemed to go fine. Then we had a flood in the same closet from the drain pipe that goes out of the house. They told us it was from lint back up from the 3rd floor washing machine and said if they put in a trap, it would fix it because if it were to happen again (which they promised it wouldn't) the water would go to the bathroom sink on the 1st floor. We paid them $260. to complete that job at the end of August. We had to rip up the entire floor and replace it at a cost of about $1400. (we did the job ourselves). The day after Christmas, we had another flood. The system of it backing into the sink did not work. The brand new floor had to be ripped out again. This time we contacted our insurance company. I called Best Choice again and this time they sent a master plumber who said that the system they created the first time would have never worked and the original pipe set up was not up to code. This is after two other Best Choice plumbers worked in that same room. I suggested that replacing our floor should go through their insurance company, but they could not understand my reasoning. If they had sent a qualified plumber, we wouldn't have had another flood. They don't believe this issue was their fault because they don't know how the pipes were connected underground. They want us to pay them another $900. to fix the pipe connection and hook up a new washer and dryer, they said they would charge us at cost. I asked them to itemize the cost because it seemed like an awful lot of money for us only paying at cost, I did not receive a response, I called again and asked for Anthony to call me back and again have not received a response. We contacted two other plumbers to get a price to do the same job and they are both master plumbers who are cheaper than $900. One plumber told us that the trap system was done completely wrong.

I was so nervous after getting water in my basement. Splash plumbers addressed all my concerns and guided me through the insurance process so that I would be reimbursed for their services. Our pit bull Rosco (not usually welcoming to strangers) was obsessed with Tim the plumber. Found out the owners have been fostering and donating to animal rescues for years. We couldn't be happier with the service we received.

Chris came to the rescue to resolve gas issue during a difficult time for our family. This review is somewhat belated, but I just wanted to acknowledge his professionalism. Thank you again!!!

if you need a plumber , call eddie the master plumber! i called 4 plumbers including 5 star yelp guys . most didn't even call me back. i called the plumbing boys and they picked up after 3 rings. they assesed the problem and sent master plumber eddie THE NEXT DAY! he came and did the work in record time. he explained everything and i'm good to go! i don't know why they don't have any reviews yet but fortunately i found them and now i'm telling the world. don't waste your time and/or money with anyone else! also i had another issue with my gas lines and he came out the same day. on the weekend! 5 stars!!

MTD Drains are great! I called mid morning and they came out right away. I cannot tell enough how much I appreciate that! Unfortunately, I have a pretty big messy issue with the drain but these guys worked so hard to fix the problem. They are friendly and courteous. Just real good neighborhood guys. Very knowledgeable! Again, I really appreciate what they did for me today . Please call MTD Drains they are worth it!!

Joe and his team (April, Lorraine, Dennis, Josh et al) are terrific. Very customer service oriented, high-quality workmanship and backed by great support. We've upgraded to new high-efficiency boiler/hot water heaters at our home in the Philly suburbs and a rental property in Philadelphia in the past couple of years. Big energy savings and trouble-free performance. Highly recommended.
