They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

The reps who came to inspect a leak were there very briefly, not thorough and promised they would look into getting approved for a more thorough inspection to figure out the problem. Unfortunately, after they left, they wrapped up the claim by reporting there was no issue found, even though the problem was never fixed. Disappointed.

I have had the same problem for a while now using the same plumber today thanks to my daughter suggesting that I go with another plumber he was not only on time he thoroughly explain things to me drew a graph to show me the work has been completed and I am thoroughly satisfied I highly recommend this young man to come and take care of all of your plumbing needs

Tony was prompt, responsive, honest, and fair on his price. He initially came by to give me an estimate totaling $1500 worth of work. Rather than being quick to sell me on the repairs, he instead advised me to try a simple, do-it-yourself fix that would have only cost me around $20. Unfortunately that didn't work, so I ended up calling him back. He then came by and fixed my issue for $900 after staying true to his word that he could beat someone else's estimate by 25%. In a time where it's tough to find good, honest people to trust working on your home, Tony stands out as someone you can depend on. Great experience altogether, highly recommended.

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

This company installed 2 HVAC systems in my home several years ago. Both have been fantastic. I had regular maintenance performed on both systems. The service technician was especially thorough in checking them as well as cleaning them and repairing them.

I cannot say enough about SPLASH. Called to get updated fixtures in my bathroom. They were so professional and so good with my dogs. Definitely recommend very happy with the work done and experience.

The morning of the appointment, I received a text message that Chris Tucker was on his way and a link allowed track his arrival. He was masked and wore protective booties over his boots.He immediately diagnosed the issue as substandard air valves and replaced both. While we waited for the steam system to heat up, he explained everything about the radiators, including the lifespan, how the new air valves work and that the radiator can be taken apart!He also took time to explain the entire system and why the living room had a two pipe radiator. So, not only did he correct substandard work, Chris provided education.Definitely a preferred contractor now!

I live in Levittown, Pa. My Husband & I both born & raised here. We moved back here from Andalusia/Bensalem, after being gone about 6 yrs, & bought our 1st home here in L-Town. Since we bought our house, we’ve had issues with the plumbing, the toilet clogging, & everything just backing up into our tub, & the Tell Tale Sign, for those of you that live here, but don’t already know, is ALWAYS when the kitchen sink starts gurgling! YOU KNOW you’re gonna have a PROBLEM!!! In these L-Town homes, everything is all connected, so if you have a clog in your main line, you can’t do anything! That means using the toilet, shower, dishes, laundry.... We need to have a working functional bathroom being that we only have one, & we also have 2 kids! If I would’ve just called Zoom Drain from the gate, it would’ve saved us $450.00. That’s what I paid another “So called Plumber” to do in the 2 times he has been out since early Spring time! His scam was basically just putting a band aid on everything, & charging more money to come out, acting like he’s on your side, but then not even guaranteeing his work! Go with Zoom Drain the first time & if your Plumber isn’t using a camera by the 2nd time he comes out, that’s pry not a good sign... 90 Day Guarantee on their work, which is how it should be!!! Now I know that there is a difference between the Google Guaranteed Companies, & the other plumbing companies! Mike Roman was a very straight forward, nice guy who took the time, got the job done, explained everything he thought I should know, & let me sit & ask any questions that I had... Also, told me that in those first 90 days, if we had a problem, we could call him, & he would go over things with us first on the phone just to see if it’s not something we can easily fix ourselves first, & if not, then he’d obviously come right out. That works for us because my Husband just happens to be handy, & he knew that, but I’m sure if you’re not in a situation like that, he would just come right out. I have nothing but positive things to say about him & the company thus far... And just in case you are wondering, even though Google says they are based in Eagleville, that does not necessarily mean they’re gonna charge you more for a Tech to come out to your area. That was my initial thought. Not the case... Also, before they do any work at all, they give you a free estimate, & tell you exactly what they’re gonna do first, so no work is done unless you okay that exact price first. For us, it was one of two options. Because of this other scam artist from Blue Man Plumbing, LLC (Max Wiesner), I had no bathroom for 4 days waiting on him to get back to me when he came home from the shore, only for him to ignore my texts & calls, & not finish the job we paid him to do, thus not guaranteeing his work! I really wish I would’ve called Zoom Drain from the beginning because this was the first company that I originally wanted to call & didn’t! As of now, I can say that we will be calling Mike Roman from Zoom Drain for all of our Plumbing needs in the future!!! Thanks for making a miserable week a little easier, doing the job that we paid you to do, & doing it right the first time!!! ?

Were not able to clear drain. Removed two toilets and may have broken the flanges. And they charged me even though they left the situation worse than they found it vs helping.

Joe and his team (April, Lorraine, Dennis, Josh et al) are terrific. Very customer service oriented, high-quality workmanship and backed by great support. We've upgraded to new high-efficiency boiler/hot water heaters at our home in the Philly suburbs and a rental property in Philadelphia in the past couple of years. Big energy savings and trouble-free performance. Highly recommended.
