Nick was an outstanding plumber and guided us through this process. He also went above and beyond helping us with this situation that we’ve been in before. Was always polite. And explained things that were happening. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

I hired this company to uncover the pipe they said they would charge me 350 because it was a Saturday the boy put the snake in and I couldn't uncover the pipe then he said he had to use another method but that it would cost me $ 350 more in total it would cost me $ 700 I said no that it was a lot of money. The guy left without solving my problem and he charged me $ 200 for doing nothing, I am aware that he had to pay something at least $ 100 for his time but $ 200 is too much

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I was crossing the street at a crosswalk (Susquehanna & Cedar, right outside Loco Pez) and a guy driving an Aqua van yelled at me and my pregnant wife for taking too long to cross the street and looking at his van when it looked like he wasn't going to stop at all. Lots of name calling once he realized I was taking pictures of his van. Another driver told me he'd cut them off too.Says it was his number on the side of the truck, so I guess he's the owner. Don't know how he is as a plumber but I wouldn't let this guy anywhere near my house.

Scott was amazing! He was here quickly and helped to take care of the large clog in our main sewer line. He was kind and courteous. He had nothing but respect for me and my property. Let me start off by saying that Buzz Duzz Plumbing is by far the best plumbing company that I have ever had the privilege of doing business with. After a devastating house fire in 2014 and having all brand new plumbing installed throughout the entire home, something was just not right. The first week that we moved back in our plumbing backed up and has been a constant problem ever since. After contacting the original company who did the work, namely Plumbarama (Bensalem) (see my not so wonderful review on them), they were complete jerks. I had plumber after plumber out to no avail. My plumbing continued to back up. It would back up in every conceivable location....into my laundry room, all toilets, my showers and kitchen sink. It was a total disaster! That was until I contacted Buzz Duzz. I was put in contact with Buzz himself, and what an amazing guy! He took the time to listen and understand my situation. He allowed my the opportunity to ask questions and actually gave me some education on how plumbing worked. He dispatched his guys that very same day. Two of the nicest technicians came out, took their time and finally after four years of this nonsense determined what the problem was. It was a nice malicious gift left behind from the work done during the house fire construction!!! But thanks to Buzz Duzz my plumbing has been trouble free and working great ever since. These guys were so thorough, professional, courteous and trustworthy I will never use another company again. I highly recommend Buzz Duzz, I just wish there were more companies out there like them.

I am a long time customer of McLoughlin. They installed a new bathroom in my house as well as doing plumbing repairs over the years. The service is excellent. You receive a prompt response, very professional and skilled service and the service persons always treat your home with the utmost care. They repaired an upstairs toilet today and I’m completely satisfied with the work. Today’s service person was professional, responsive and provided excellent service. I recommend them highly.

Came home from a week away to smell water, and it turn into a multi day project with insurance and calling local plumber by plumber by plumber almost begging for someone to respond. 3 days in of still no response, found Szollose online at 5pm on a Wednesday, they called back immediately, and we'll be there 8:30 tomorrow morning. On the dot, perfect. Helpful, great to deal with, tracked down a different leak we didn't know was happening, and ended up having them fix (3) different projects while here.
