Called 4 weeks ago and then again 2 weeks ago and I was told to expect a call and never received one.. totally unresponsive

Bill with East Falls Plumbing and Heating was incredibly honest and helpful! I cannot thank him enough. I had a mysterious leak in the basement of my new home. I did my due diligence by calling several plumbers to try to find the source of the problem and get quotes to fix it. Some competitors had me hire a drain specialist and they convinced me I needed to tear up the basement and into the concreate outside to replace both sewer and storm lines.However, Bill was able to find the actual source of the leak which was that the pump for the air conditioner had been knocked out of place, and therefore causing the mysterious leak. Bill popped the pump back into place and told me to keep an eye on it, and if it dries up, that was the source of the leak. Sure enough, a couple days later it completely dried.Bill saved me from this stressful situation, not to mention thousands of dollars with his knowledge and honesty. Since he was just there to give me a quote on the project, he didn’t charge me. Do your homework and trust Bill at East Falls Plumbing and Heating!

We’ve never had an issue with leakage, as that could be a issue with some plumbers; but not Keith! I’d truly recommend Keith for anyone looking for a top notch plumber!

Our Hot water heater began leaking late in the afternoon and Roger Ross called me back immediately and sent someone to check it out within an hour. New heater was needed and by 9:00 am the next morning the installation started. By 11:30 am the job was done and we had hot water back in less than 20 hours after we found the leak. Thank you Roger Ross plumbing and heating.

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

Absolute crooks, in my opinion. I paid $225 to have 2 drains cleared. The guy left before doing the second drain and said a guy would be back tomorrow to finish the job. The new guy came and said he's not there to clean a drain, he's there to install a new bathtub drain. They charged $150 more for him to open the wall, which he then says needs about $3K to complete. I said stop, I don't want the work, I just want my other drain unclogged. He left. I followed up for a MONTH tying to get someone out to finish the 2nd drain cleaning for the $375 I paid. They said they would come back out for another $175. Classic bait and switch. DO NOT USE BEST CHOICE for anything, in my opinion. I have never had such an experience.

Scheduling was easy and pleasant experience. Shout out to Stephanie! She even called to let me know that the guys would be arriving early. When the guys arrived they went right to it and didn't stop until they found the problem. Mark explained everything and there never was any pressure. He explained what n where and how he would proceed. He also gave us options. We decided to go with getting the pipes to our tub fixed right then and there. The guys went above and beyond in a couple hours... Done! Oh, and did I mention the price was very reasonable. In the past two weeks we had two plumbers come out and each wanted to cut open my kitchen ceiling to get to the tub... Really? I'm so glad I called Mr. Tubs for professionalism, reliability, they are personable, reasonable, have a never give up attitude, not to mention my kitchen ceiling is in tact. You guys are the BEST! Saying bye-bye to those other plumbers. For GOOD!!

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.
