Roman came out on an emergency basis to handle water flooding into my basement. He came in the evening, handled stopping the leak, and then came out the next day to do the repair. He was on time and did a terrific job. I have used Goodman a number of times over the years and am always happy.

They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

We've been using Boss for a while now. They are the only ones we trust. They are friendly, professional, and good at what they do.We even used their services to repair some plumbing at my grandparents house and they would take the time to explain to them what needed to be done and why. Our most recent call was to fix some corroded pipes so our new washer could be hooked up. As soon as I sent some pics of the pipes he sent me an estimate and showed up within in an hour of us confirming. It's hard to know who to trust with your home but we feel comfortable with Boss.

Tom did a great job getting us back up and running with a clogged drain after several other companies failed to open the drain.

It was fast and they were professional during the whole process. They made it understandable when explaining information on the plumbing and what was wrong with it. Very sweet too. I would recommend the service to anyone. Plus it was emergency work they did and it was 8 at night and just to get them to come was a blessing since no one could come out fast as they did.

My wife had them install a new water softener and swapped out some faucets and shower heads. These guys showed up like an army of elf's and handled everything quickly and cleanly at a competitive price. I did call someone else first and was given a quote that was very high, in my opinion. Then I called Hughes and they beat the other's price by half. Works for me.
