A year ago I had a hot water heater installed by another company; they did a terrible job and ultimately cost me thousands of dollars. This Saturday, the water heater made a sound so explosive it sounded like a bomb. I went downstairs and saw that this explosion actually blew the control panel door off of the water heater. Concerned that it might literally explode, I called Goodman Plumbing as they had come to the rescue previously when this horribly installed appliance left me without hot water for five days.It took less than five minutes - literally - from the time I made the call to when Sean, one of Goodman's skilled plumbers, made it to my house. Less than five minutes on a Saturday to respond to a call. He went over everything, made sure the device would be safe and pointed out the dangerous way the water heater had been connected to the main heating source. He was the third person to do this, so it wasn't about a sale. We agreed that this water heater would remain problematic and never allow me more than a few weeks' peace and that it was better to install another one, which he was prepared to do the very next day, even though it was a Sunday. He actually came with a team on Monday afternoon, so I could still put in a full day of work. Even an amateur like me can tell how much more workmanship went into the installation - and for less money than the original water heater cost.Sean made sure I understood everything about how the heater was installed and how to work it. He taught me how to safely turn off the gas if I ever felt there could be a problem. He explained the process and didn't leave until I understood what had been done. In short, he treated me like a valued customer, and more importantly, a valued person. Everyone I have met from Goodman Plumbing has been caring, respectful and supremely competent. They have responded quickly to my concerns. Sean is the latest among this amazing team to demonstrate what real professionalism looks like and I am truly appreciative.

They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

I had PGW doing some work on the gas lines outside on my block. When the PGW person came back to turn my gas back on and relight the pilots he was shocked that I wasn’t dead yet. Apparently my water heater hadn’t been connected to the chimney for a long time and by the grace of God I didn’t die from carbon monoxide poisoning. The leaking gas did destroyed my water heater though. I was terrified and didn’t know who to call. Came across Economy Drain Cleaning and Plumbing on a neighborhood Facebook page and gave them a call. They picked up immediately, squeezed me into the schedule for the techs to come take a look first thing the next day and then replaced my water heater, gas lines and reconnected it to the chimney in the same day. Anthony and Steven were absolutely wonderful. They were clear about my options, looped me into any decisions that needed to be made, and put my concerns at ease. I’m so happy the with job they did. While I hope I don’t have to call them to fix anything else any time soon haha, should a problem with something else arise, they will be my first call!

Needed an emergency drain service at 10pm and they came quickly. They set me up with an insursnce adjuster the same night and had water restoration in my house the next day for cleanup. I didnt expect much initially but was extremely impressed by the service start to finish and i would reccomend them to anyone.

I was charged $125 to remove the stopper from my bathroom sink faucet. I now have to go out and get a rubber stopper as it was not included. They were literally in/out of my house in 5 minutes. Considering that I'm located within walking distance from their location, a repeat customer (3 other jobs) who has recommended their services, this is very disappointing.

Have used them a couple of times and they have always been quick, polite and professional.

Scott was amazing! He was here quickly and helped to take care of the large clog in our main sewer line. He was kind and courteous. He had nothing but respect for me and my property. Air conditioner was not blowing cold, Bill came out the next day, on time, and fixed the problem. Also recommended and cleaned the coils in the unit. Professional and great service.

I was so nervous after getting water in my basement. Splash plumbers addressed all my concerns and guided me through the insurance process so that I would be reimbursed for their services. Our pit bull Rosco (not usually welcoming to strangers) was obsessed with Tim the plumber. Found out the owners have been fostering and donating to animal rescues for years. We couldn't be happier with the service we received.

Had a major leak in my basement and they were able to come out the next day. The replaced my pipes for a great price and when they found another issue they were able to fix it also at a great price. I feel like other companies would have taken an advantage to jack up the price but they didn't. I will definitely hire MTD Drains again!

Fast and efficient work...I'm a first time customer. I had found this contact information by simply doing a google search and thought what do I have to lose. I called and spoke to the message center. I received a call back within 5 minutes. I explained my issues and was told that the drain guy would reach out. The drain guy called 5 minutes later, I reiterate my issue and was told that someone would be out within the hour. Sure enough someone was knocking on my door to deal with my plumbing.

Gaceta plumbing did complete plumbing work on new home. They installed all waterlines and sewer lines. They installed all new plumbing fixtures. The crew was very professional. Will definitely use them again.
