Best Boiler Service in Philadelphia PA

Called 4 weeks ago and then again 2 weeks ago and I was told to expect a call and never received one.. totally unresponsive

I’ve had great experiences with East Falls Plumbing. They replaced a hot water heater within a day of contacting them and did a great job. They were great to work with and very reliable.

I want to thank you all for great service, and for doing a fantastic job providing me with a new water meter pipeline. The staff here are super professional, courteous and thorough. I appreciate each and everyone of you Eric, Debbie, Rich and Joe. I'm so pleased with the work done, what a blessing and now I can have peace of mind that there's no more leaking pipes, no moist basement, no more bugs! Very good service

Had them come out to unclog drain and inspect plumbing issues. They were the only place that correctly diagnosed my plumbing issues during first interaction. Will definitely use them in the future.

I just had a huge plumbing Issue with my sewer pipes from the inside my house to outside where the curb ends. I know it would be a big job but Buzz Duzz came with many crew members and got the job done in 1 day. They even mopped the hallway from there foot tracks. I have used Andrew and crew twice — the first time they came out in the middle of a snow storm (in Manayunk no less) to help with a pilot light / furnace issue at one of my rentals. They were the only ones on the road and every part of that stressful experience was made 100x’s better working with them.The second time they came out was to replace two water heaters, which were quoted at a very fair price. They were able to come out and get the job done quickly with minimal disruption.Communication was on point from start to finish. Dawn, in the office, is a wonderful first impression and very nice to work with and Andrew is super patient and helpful when it comes to understanding the work. They also gave me an accurate time of arrival which is very helpful when coordinating with tenants.I will absolutely be using their services again when the time comes. Thanks guys!

Chris was extremely professional and knowledgeable with fixing our AC. Not only is our AC working great now he also took the the time to explain to us the problem. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

We had a gas leak in our house last night, and Derrick and another plumber came by this morning, gave a quick assessment, and came back in the afternoon to make the repairs. I recently had a problem with my sub pump in my basement and a bad leak in my kitchen faucets. I contacted Michael Martorano, owner of Best Price Plumbing & Heating, for help. He came out to my house very quickly and addressed both problems. I found him not only to be very knowledgeable and efficient, but was able to pinpoint the issues as soon as he saw them. He was also always available by telephone if you have any questions. My sub pump was overflowing with water in my basement and yard. He repaired it and added a piece of pipe that fixed the problem. Michael also gave a beautiful bronze style faucet system in my kitchen. No wetness or leaks anymore! His prices are also very reasonable. I have used Joe Giannone on a variety of projects. Ranging from small repairs to large scale commercial projects. Joe's knowledge of plumbing systems, commercial and residential is extensive and unmatched. Joe's experience in larger scale projects proved immeasurable. All projects no matter the size were done professionally, on time and at the budgeted price. Joe and his team were always on time, courteous and left the work site clean. We bought our heater from McLoughlin about 10 years ago. We had no heat and called. It took a few hours, but someone came out to us, assessed the problem, and explained everything in great detail. Robert gave us a quote, and went to work! It took a while, he had to do some redirecting because we need a switch, which is on order; and we are back in a warm house !!! What a pleasure.Thank you for being prompt, smart, clean and making a stressful moment much less stressful?

I wish I could give ZERO stars. On 1/8/20 I made the unfortunate decision to contact Edwards Hughes & Son Inc as my heat wasn't working. I needed someone asap as it was too cold for my elderly grandmother & they were the only company that could come out asap.I used them about 10 months ago to replace a leaking hot water heater. I also requested the heater be serviced. That night there was leaking from plumbing associated with the hot water heater. The boiler, which was supposed to be cleaned/serviced, was no longer turning on and remained covered in dust/dirt. When I called a person was sent out who agreed the boiler hadn't been serviced. He apologized & made arrangements for the heater person to come out the following day. He also made repairs to piping, what exactly I'm not sure. The heater was serviced the following day.Back to 1/28/20. A service person came out for lack of heat. He reported there was a backup light switch that someone must have turned off which was why the heat wasn't on/working. I was charged the $125 service fee. Later that day the house got warmer, but the temp did not go above 69 degrees. I called back to inform them of this and was told they could send someone out the following day. On 1/29/20 a service person returned and informed my grandmother there was something wrong with the pipes/vents. I called the co. to request a call to explain the issue. 1/30/20 I received a call, was told there was a problem with air vents not opening which he was able to open and an issue with a device that controls how much air may get in the piping so he bled pipes. He quoted a 2000 to replace pipes, but said if that didn't work a new heater would be 4700. I received a bill in the mail for 145. Today my hot water heater is leaking through the floor into the closet. I called, received a return call and stated my hot water heater was now leaking and this could lead to a lawsuit. I believe it was the owner who talked over me, did not listen and hung up on me. I have already called another plumber to come out. AVOID!!

I called Mr. Boyd to unclog my main sewer line first thing Monday morning. He was out within an hour. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating and his price was fair. I would definitely use this service again.

I needed to have my kitchen faucet replaced. Someone got back to me within 5 minutes of my call. From the initial call to completed installation took about 2 hours. Mike and Ed were courteous, worked clean and came fully prepared with a replacement faucet. These guys were reasonably priced. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend these guys if any plumbing services are needed.

I would not hire these guys even if they pay me, unprofessional , rude, unskilled etc.
