I want to thank you all for great service, and for doing a fantastic job providing me with a new water meter pipeline. The staff here are super professional, courteous and thorough. Turner Brothers came to the rescue when my new home was broken into and all the copper pipes were stolen for scrap money. After comparing prices from two other plumbers, Turner Bro's returned the most reasonable. Not only did Brian come out the same day, he and his associate also gave up their evenings from 7-10 pm to make sure we had running water again knowing that they had no other availability during the week. Their work was neat, everything is mostly functioning as it should, and I can't thank these guys enough!

I was about to purchase an investment property and had some doubts about the sewer service. I called Best Choice to have them put a camera into the waste line and I'm glad I did. Their price was fair and competitive and they came at the time they said they would. They quoted me a very competitive price to replace the problem unfortunately the foreclosing bank did not want to provide a credit for the issue. If they would have, I would have used Best Choice to do the repair work based on their service and competitive quote.

I had a valve leak under my sink. I called and left a message after hours and they were here the next day at 1130! Very professional, explained everything and cleaned up. Highly recommend them.

Had scheduled to have well expansion tank replaced with cycle stop valve and reservoir tank. Scheduling was easy through website. The day before the project was to be installed the well pump burnt up. Called and left message on a Sunday hoping to add this to the work. Chris called first thing on Monday to say he would pick up the new pump and be a little late. He had to go to various vendors to find the right pump. Long story short, Chris worked diligently for hours to complete the repairs and wasn’t satisfied until it was perfect. Great job! Cleaned up after and answered every question I had. I am a Veteran as well and will support Veterans in the future if needed. Thanks Chris!

We needed a water line for ice maker replaced. Shutoff valves need to be replaced. Because water will need to be turned off in the building we had to reschedule. Service person was great in explaining what had to be done and giving us an estimate. He was courteous and professional and we would have them come back anytime. We were so pleased with the company they are now my go to plumbers. I highly recommend them.

I called them because the hot water heater broke and my basement was flooded they came right away and they two guys Ivan and Borys replaced everything-with in a reasonable time worked very professionally and were very nice. They told me exactly what they were doing. They did an exceptional job installing the new hot water heater and making sure my floors were wet vacuumed. I had an issue with my thermostat. It not longer was working correctly. I bought a new thermostat but was having issues hooking it up. I called Edward Hughes & Sons for assistance. They were real nice over the phone. I was able to get an appointment quick. The problem was quickly discovered. There was a wire that was no longer good that connects to the thermostat. They were able to replace the wire and connect the thermostat. They even showed me how to use it and set a weekly schedule. I also had them do a maintenance service to my unit to make sure everything was up-to-date and ok. They changed my filter and gave me some pointers. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great experience and reasonable prices.
