Everyone was great from Katie who took my call and kept me up to date on when Joe would arrive, to Joe getting to here and making an assessment and doing the repairs. Extremely professional and easy to work with.

We had our water lines replaced throughout our whole home. The team was an exceptional listener, respectful, and did an overall great job.

We had them come to unclog the drain and not even a week later it clogged back up so when we asked if there were any guarantee there were none plus we had to pay the full amount that we did the week before.

Over the last 30 years in Roxborough I have used many area plumbers. Recently I had a problem that 3 local plumbers could not diagnose. Andrew was the fourth and figured it out. His prices are reasonable. His work is quality. He returns calls quickly. He emailed me estimates promptly, which none of the others did. He was right on time. He’s pleasant. He cleaned up well. He is my new plumber. I highly recommend him.

I was so nervous after getting water in my basement. Splash plumbers addressed all my concerns and guided me through the insurance process so that I would be reimbursed for their services. Our pit bull Rosco (not usually welcoming to strangers) was obsessed with Tim the plumber. Found out the owners have been fostering and donating to animal rescues for years. We couldn't be happier with the service we received.

I've used Veterans several times now for different issues. My most recent experience was a leak in my basement. The earliest appointment open was a week later, and Chris found a way to get me in the next morning. Chris is awesome! He's very knowledgeable, friendly, and has always been honest with me. I definitely will continue using Veteran in the future.

Well my time n my money was well spent. In my situation i had a diff plumber come out n i was just calling plumbing boys for a second opinion n price. Eddie came out(on time) n pointed out the same issue as the other only his price was half. Eddie was honest n explained that a few of the things i was being charged for from the other company didnt need to be touched. Needless to say himself n his employee Steve did the job fast,on time n very much to my satisfaction. Thank you Plumbing boys.

The technician Mr. Juan Borbon was very professional. He explainedevery step of what he was doing to fix the sewer air vent that someoneran over with a truck and broke it. He cleared the sewer line, made a new vent pipe and added a vent cover. The job lasted over 3 hrs and he stuck with it. Thanks Juan, I appreciate your hard work.

Customer service was amazing. Those gentlemen were so patient and sweet. Very fair pricing for the great quality of work that they perform. Their very honest and hardworking young men. They even called me the next day to be sure that everything was working just fine because I live alone and don’t have any help. If I could give them 0 stars I would!! They did a terrible job. Less than 3 months later my entire basement was flooded! They did not fix the plumbing problem. And when I called them to inform them. A representative answered the phone and told me it will be 400$ for them to come out and look at the problem. Shortly after that they hung up on me. I have toddlers and their toys are in the basement. Everything is ruined!!

I have used Joe Giannone on a variety of projects. Ranging from small repairs to large scale commercial projects. This review is overdue. Several years ago a difficult to access/replace upscale shower fixture in our master bath had to be replaced. Several other plumbers were either not interested due to the complexity of the job or provided plans/quotes which were too involved and costly. Bob was responsive and provided a comprehensive plan which was executed seamlessly, coordinating the tile and plumbing work at a reasonable cost. I was very impressed with being provided with a total solution for an involved project with an excellent result.

Notice my water heater was leaking Tuesday morning. Called Mike at Reliable at 8 a.m. He had his guys out there by 9:30 a.m. Prompt ,courteous and true professionals. Highly recommend Mike and his crew !!
