His guys showed up on time, were polite, and were more than happy to answer any questions I had regarding the scope of the work. The company's technician were very professional and polite. They came in and did a great job as well making sure everything worked and was leak free. They even helped me set up my new thermostat as well.

I decided to use Drains R Us because of the great reviews and because they were open on Sunday. My pipes were clogged and we couldn't use any water at all (toilets, shower, sink, etc) without flooding in the basement. I called first thing Sunday and Kit got back to me very quickly. In an hour, Tuan was at my door, another hour later and the water is flowing! Tuan was nothing but professional the entire time, taking his shoes off when he came in (without me asking) explaining the issue and ways I can prevent it from happening in the future. Finding a service that you can trust can be nerve racking but I plan on calling them for any issues in the future and recommending them to friends in the area. I don't use a plumber often so I am not familiar with their pricing, but according to my brother who is also in the city, who had the same issue and used a well known plumbing service, Drains R Us gave are a fair price. Over the last 30 years in Roxborough I have used many area plumbers. Recently I had a problem that 3 local plumbers could not diagnose. Andrew was the fourth and figured it out. His prices are reasonable. His work is quality. He returns calls quickly. He emailed me estimates promptly, which none of the others did. He was right on time. He’s pleasant. He cleaned up well. He is my new plumber. I highly recommend him.

Stimmler did an outstanding job repairing a complicated radiator leak as well as doing much needed maintenance on hot water heater. They were on time, knowledgable, covid compliant, and very professional. Highly recommend them.

Had a bad leak in basement and wasn’t sure where it was coming from. Splash came out right away for leak detection. Leak was caused from a bad curb trap. Curb trap or sewer line was repaired. They cleaned everything up for me and the place looked better than it ever did. Additionally, they used a solution to kill germs and smell from the leak. Truly appreciate the great job they did for us.

GWP is great, I was experiencing flooding in my basement after heavy rain. They came and pumped out the water and installed a French drain system for a reasonable price. Very clean cut and professional. Guys were on time .

No call No show. Scheduled them for a basic job and no one called the day of to let me know they would stand me up. Now I have to reschedule with a different vendor.

Called Plumbing Boys for an emergency shower leak issue. Eddie assured me that he would be out that day and even gave me a time slot that he honored. He was reasonable, reassuring and took care of the problem quickly and professionally. Update: 2020. Used them again. Mike S was the plumber. He was really good and thorough. These guys are my go to.. Punctual and thorough. Ben K was the plumber. He explained everything he was doing and got my plumbing in working condition. 2nd time I used this company and I am very pleased with the performance.

I never leave reviews but Mark and his brother were so amazingly helpful I have to share. We had a leak in our condo bathroom that was causing water to drip into the unit below. Mark was recommended to me by out HOA manager. We thought we had addressed the issue sufficiently for him to come out the next day to do the repair but by evening the owner below was frantic as more water was entering her apartment. We called Mark back, in desperation, and he was gracious and compassionate. He went above and beyond to get to our building and do the repair that night despite needing to find a babysitter. All this for a total stranger!. The repair was done quickly and competently and the price was reasonable. I would hire him and his brother again in a heartbeat. Give these guys a chance. You won't be sorry!

I had what I though was a major issue with my toilet. I called Precision and someone answered right away. Almost immediately I received a call from the plumber and he already started to help me over the phone prior to coming over the next day. Luckily it turned out to be a loose hose which only led to a small service fee for coming out. Thank you Precision Plumbing I will only be using you guys in the future!

MTD Drains are great! I called mid morning and they came out right away. I cannot tell enough how much I appreciate that! Unfortunately, I have a pretty big messy issue with the drain but these guys worked so hard to fix the problem. They are friendly and courteous. Just real good neighborhood guys. Very knowledgeable! I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.
