Raymond Davis came out to service my septic, which I have never done before as this is my first house with septic. I had a lot of questions around general maintenance which he answered courteously and patiently as he did his work. He gave me some tips on proper maintenance for long life of the septic tank and was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Raymond and Lapin to anyone that needs septic servicing.

We are collaborating with Orlando Plumbing for the second time. Travis was our plumber today, and he was expeditious, knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. Hard water had damaged the cartridge in our master shower, which he replaced. In addition, he determined the alkalinity of our water and suggested measures to prevent future problems. I endorse this business.

Normally don't write reviews but this company left a real bad feeling with me. I called for an after hours drain clog. I expected to pay a premium for the 7pm service call. Tech showed up and told me it would be $450 to unclog the drain line. An hour later he stated he couldn't clear the clog with the equipment he had, he needed to go get another piece of equipment and it would be $900. I refused the up charge so he continued to try to clear the clog for an additional hour. Initially he told me his limit on the drain line was 120ft, which is why he needed the other piece of equipment. 30 minutes later he tells me he ran a line 150ft and couldn't clear the clog. I was then charged $140 and told, I cant fix it. The next morning I called a different plumber that cleared the clog in 30 minutes with less than 75 feet of line and charged me $200. Feel like Reliance scammed me!

I was very impressed with how quickly, and organized they were able to complete the work. They were able to access and give me a fair price beforehand. Albert (the owner) had the job done faster than I expected and he was so helpful. I would recommend Stronghold Plumbing to anyone. Professional and personable.

Where to start, I will say there are MANY companies, but few professional. To his credit, Andrew is a breath of fresh air. I don't think you will find a more competent, kind and knowledgeable plumber at this price ANYWHERE. Excellent response time, LISTENS to the customer, (you would be surprised how many do NOT!) I can only sing praises for this company. Quality, ethical and competitive pricing with fast response. There is a reason he has all excellent ratings. Save yourself a headache and start with this company FIRST!

Albert, Caesar, and the entire Pro-Tech team did a great job at my 2-zone Mitsubishi Ductless AC install. They explained every step and it works (and looks) great. Highly recommended!!!

Absolutely the best! I have used them a couple of times now, once for a leak under my foundation and another time for a complete garbage disposal replacement, each time they were professional, punctual, and provided great work. From customer service to the great workmanship they do its so nice to be able to know that you can call them and you dont have to stress. Honest and reliable at a competitive price.

Modern Plumbing has a wonderful staff. I couldn’t be happier! Kim called me right away to schedule the job and get the ball rolling. Then, Tanya followed up with me a couple of times the next morning to get a technician out to our home as soon as possible. And finally, Victor Rodriguez, the technician, came on time as scheduled and took care of everything for us. Victor was great! Came out immediately for a leak issue. Advised that I regrout the shower. Took $145 for this with a smile. I felt ripped off. I normally do not give bad reviews but there was no follow up at all. I went thru a friend and got another plumber who discovered it was an issue with the shower pan with a very easy test. Beware.

Unfortunately, they were hired by my GC as a sub for the first time to do the complete plumbing job on our new house. I've had nothing but problems. For one they are well overpriced, and now that we need to have our refrigerator water line moved (for a fee) couple of feet to fit our kitchen design, before the drywall hanging stage. They keep ignoring our request after endless phone calls and emails. So we keep having to delay the drywall install stage.
