We've used Total Enviro 2 times ultimately for septic and other plumbing issues. Both times Matt Barrows was involved. The second time we specifically requested him because he does exceptional work. A few weeks ago I had a septic backup that required a emergency pumping. I used a company that just took just enough water to allow us to flush again with a quote for a new drain fill. Needless to say I was not happy. I decided to get several quotes with local providers. Chris at lapin was the ONLY professional that dug in the tank and lines to make sure that was actually the problem. He showed me exactly the issue and walked me through my options. All the other quotes used the wonder rod poking the ground and quickly writing a quote and left. So my obvious choice was with Lapin. Chris made himself available to answer questions and provided guidance without hesitation. After choosing Lapin I decided to have my 2nd tank pumped and Randy came out and pumped my tank completely taking extra steps to ensure the service was complete (He took pictures for extra visibility). I am typically a very critical consumer but these two gentleman were first class, personable, and thorough. Im glad they are in my community and I have no hesitation recommending them. A plumber was dispatched by Orlando Plumbing within a couple of hours. Travis, the plumber, provided an accurate and trustworthy estimate and service. He had the replacement valves and hardware in his work vehicle and immediately rectified the problem! Very pleased!

Tried to book and emergency service for a sewage drain issue and the rep informed me they were booked for today and I would have to wait until tomorrow. If this is an emergency sewage issue, why would I want to wait until tomorrow? I informed the rep I would have to seek assistance elsewhere and she just ended the call. Poor customer service and bad first impression. Looks like I dodged a bullet with this establishment. Do your self a favor and avoid them as well.

Pinhole leak in a copper pipe - $143 to fix. It took them under 1/2 hour to fix it. I assume that if they worked a full 8 hours on a project, it would cost 16 X $143 or $2,288.
I'm not sure what other plumbers charge.

Poor communication & beware of their surcharges of nearly $100. They will quote you with something seemingly reasonable & then change it the day of..a 30 minute job should not cost $400. Not to mention, they can never give you an appointment time yet they will charge by the hour. If you’re a business & aren’t on the premise upon their arrival, this is very inconvenient. Will never recommend or use again.
