On December 24, 2022, my heat and water stopped working. Early this morning, Alex and Devon arrived there, and by this afternoon, they had done the repairs, even going so far as to insulate the pipes and the surfaces nearby.

Came out immediately for a leak issue. Advised that I regrout the shower. Took $145 for this with a smile. I felt ripped off. I normally do not give bad reviews but there was no follow up at all. I went thru a friend and got another plumber who discovered it was an issue with the shower pan with a very easy test. Beware.

Just had water heater installed. Scott was on-time and got the job done in the time he said it would. I planned on using my credit card to pay, but when it came to settle up, I was informed of a 2% fee for using credit. Had I known that ahead of time, I would have gone with a different company.

Absolutely the best! I have used them a couple of times now, once for a leak under my foundation and another time for a complete garbage disposal replacement, each time they were professional, punctual, and provided great work.
