I don't often write reviews but every once in a while you run across a company that goes above and beyond to give great service. Everybody that I have dealt with at Lapin Septic and Plumbing Services has been A#1. But there's one guy there his name is Rod has been with the company for many years and I have dealt with him personally for over 20 years. This gentleman as always given me straight answers and good advice on what needs to be done to solve a problem with an older septic system that I have. They have used their jet system to clear drain Lines they have used their camera system to discover the problem and they have always been fair with the solution and the pricing for that solution. Many years ago I had what many would consider an emergency service that was needed, I called a local company that's available 24 hours a day to determine what the problem was and to give me a price to correct it. There quote was over $6000 to replace pumps for the lift station. I was shocked at the amount and that I better get another opinion it was at that time that I recalled meeting someone from Lapin septic and Plumbing Services. I ask if they could analyze my problem and give me a quote. I received a call back from Rod stating that the only thing wrong was I had a bad breaker so with that information I bought a $50 breaker and solved a $6000 problem. Thanks Lapin for the great service over the years you're the only company I will ever call to do my septic and plumbing work.

I researched this company online after discovering a clogged faucet in my new residence. They were able to respond to my contact the same day (a plus). The initial technician, Joe, appeared to have resolved the issue I was experiencing at the time (or so I thought), but I later discovered that the issue had been transferred to another location, where I subsequently encountered problems. They sent technician Travis after a callback, and he was FANTASTIC. My fiancee could not stop gushing about his friendliness and efficiency. He stated that Mark was identical to the person depicted in Orlando Plumbing's commercials. He resolved the issue and explained what may have gone awry the first time. We are entirely satisfied with Mark's ability to resolve the issue and his positive and courteous demeanor. When I spend money with a company, I search for employees who are satisfied with their position. CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

Junior of Absolute Best Plumbing was extremely professional and resourceful in fixing our power flush toilet.We would certainly call on him again. Erica, in the office, was very nice and called us to alert us of when Junior would arrive.

Needed help with Price Pfister fixture leaking. Most plumbers don't know how to fix them. Company had good follow up, tech they sent was friendly, effecient, on time and professional. A bit pricey but not outrageous. I will use them again.

We had to replace a toilet and shut off valve that were both leaking badly with water on the floor. It was done properly and included removal and disposal of all old components plus trash. The caulking was done expertly, too. The plumber was thorough, very nice and on time. This was our first experience with Harvey Baker Plumbing; we plan to renovate both bathrooms soon and will use them again.

Pinhole leak in a copper pipe - $143 to fix. It took them under 1/2 hour to fix it. I assume that if they worked a full 8 hours on a project, it would cost 16 X $143 or $2,288.
I'm not sure what other plumbers charge.

I used their website to book a repair appointment with a special discount on repair service. I got a confirmation email, and a follow up email asking what the problem was. The following business day I still had no email or phone call in regards to the booking. I called the office and was told they were very busy, and would have to check on availability of a plumbing tech. Several hours later, they have someone, but now there's a problem with the online price. The site is not correct, (big surprise right!). It's going to be more than the price listed online and the email notification. That's without even checking how much work the repair would be. They did go over the pricing finally over the phone with me. I canceled the job. One it was more than I wanted to pay, two if they already changed the price on me once, I'm sure they would change it again after the plumber was here ready to do the repair. Consumer beware, if you want to use them call on the phone and get all the pricing upfront. I have used them before without a problem. I guess it's time to find a new plumbing company.
