We had to replace a toilet and shut off valve that were both leaking badly with water on the floor. It was done properly and included removal and disposal of all old components plus trash. The caulking was done expertly, too. The plumber was thorough, very nice and on time. This was our first experience with Harvey Baker Plumbing; we plan to renovate both bathrooms soon and will use them again.

I could not be more pleased with the service I receive from Modern Plumbing. I am doing a renovation and they have been wonderful working around the other contractors and always do a great job. Pinhole leak in a copper pipe - $143 to fix. It took them under 1/2 hour to fix it. I assume that if they worked a full 8 hours on a project, it would cost 16 X $143 or $2,288.
I'm not sure what other plumbers charge.

Plumber came out and fixed a leak I was very worried about very quickly and efficient. Prices are very fair and they definitely know what they are doing! Highly recommend.
