Excellent job and fast

After completing a couple estimates in the Orlando area I selected Scott and Associates and I definitely made the right choice. The cost was very reasonable, the Technician was very professional. The job was done quickly and they did a good job cleaning up the work area after the job was completed.

I got home from work Friday evening and to my dismay, all the toilets and tubs were backing up! While other septic companies were closed, Chris answered right away and had a crew arrive in a very short time. I was concerned i would have to wait until morning, but Vincent and Jose went to work with limited lighting and diagnosed and replaced my septic pump which had stopped working. My wife and daughters in particular really appreciated their prompt handling of our problem!!Kudos to this team and my highest recommendation to this company!

The technician assessed the issue, obtained the necessary equipment, and cleared the obstruction within thirty minutes. Very professional and outstanding performance! I selected Find & repair leak because that is what I called them to do. But when they came out they discovered a leak in the refrigeration tubing. They quickly dismissed it as an appliance problem and advised there was nothing they could do. They did not investigate further. They did not even bother checking the rest of the plumbing in the area. They did however require payment of $142.50. For doing NOTHING. For giving me bad advice. We have since gotten the appliance repaired and discovered that the damage was actually quite extensive. There was a slow leak coming from the plumbing and it caused mold & water damage to my entire wall. Had they bothered to actually do the work they were called to do and not be so concerned with collecting their overinflated show up fee they might have saved me from an additional month and half of damage done to my home. I strongly advise against using Jeff's to do any repair work in your home.

After posting the original review I was pleased to get contacted by the business. They took responsibility for their error and issued a full refund.

Second time I used this company to assist me with plumbing issues. First time was a few years ago regarding my garbage disposal. This time was a main line clog with my plumbing. I called July 3rd and because of the holiday weekend it was busy but Erica, the receptionist, told me to call back after hours to see if a technician on call could help. They sent me someone that evening...which I was expecting them to come the next day...very impressive. Alphonso can about 30 minutes after calling them and was amazing. Though the price was a little higher than expected , I have to say that everyone I contacted from this establishment was courteous, helpful and reliable...go figure...it's in the name! I would recommend and will reach out to them again if I have any issues in the future.

Action Plumbing recently helped us out when the burner on our hot water heater went out. They were out the same day, diagnosed the problem and diligently worked to overnight the needed part for repair. Leo was extremely helpful to me and my wife and the office staff was extremely friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Action Plumbing.
