Had a brand new $11,000 septic system installed by this company fully paid. 8 months later we've had nothing but trouble. The manager Lynn Neer has zero customer service values. But she refused to send someone to trouble shoot the issue. Brand new system overflowing in my front yard and doesn't want to do anything about it. Her quote don't call this office anymore. I will not be doing anything for you. I've had to pay extra money to have another company fix her mess.

I can’t express how impressed I have been with the work I got done from TJ Handyman service. I had them out on 3 separate occasions to help me with everything from floor and tile to vinyl siding. Each time I found them to be fair, honest, and transparent. On top of all of that the work they did was always top quality, they truly showed respect for my home and my family. I would absolutely hire them again.

Wow, these folks are fantastic! I used Jeff's to re-pipe my entire house. If you need a re-pipe, I would highly recommend Jeff's. I had an emergency (broken pipe, no water) and they fit me in. They did the whole job in less than a day. Their plumbers were professional, courteous, and did top quality work. They even swept up the debris! While a hole house re-pipe is never going to be fun or easy, Jeff's employees (both office and the plumbers) made the whole process as easy as it could ever be.

Came out immediately for a leak issue. Advised that I regrout the shower. Took $145 for this with a smile. I felt ripped off. I normally do not give bad reviews but there was no follow up at all. I went thru a friend and got another plumber who discovered it was an issue with the shower pan with a very easy test. Beware.

Tried to book and emergency service for a sewage drain issue and the rep informed me they were booked for today and I would have to wait until tomorrow. If this is an emergency sewage issue, why would I want to wait until tomorrow? I informed the rep I would have to seek assistance elsewhere and she just ended the call. Poor customer service and bad first impression. Looks like I dodged a bullet with this establishment. Do your self a favor and avoid them as well.

I was very impressed with how quickly, and organized they were able to complete the work. They were able to access and give me a fair price beforehand. Albert (the owner) had the job done faster than I expected and he was so helpful. I would recommend Stronghold Plumbing to anyone. Professional and personable.
