Let's just say having a whole 1936 house re-plumb is not an easy feat. We had no idea what we were getting ourselves into with this new purchase and Andrew and staff (Chris, Dustin, Mike, etc you know who you are) took it upon themselves to ensure all was taking care of from the actual re-plumb to copper exchange. Each and every individual we met, spoke English and explained the process which put us as new homeowners to this older property at ease! All involved were professional and easy to work with and all should be commended for their hard work, professionalism, and dedication to the job. I know it doesn't seem possible to give such high ratings however this company is top notch and should be commended for all they did to go above and beyond for us as proud owners of a 1936 house in downtown Orlando!!!! Had a new water heater installed. Was easy to setup appointment. Calls and questions about the job and price was set up via phone. Service tech was knowledgeable, polite answered all my questions and took care of all my concerns.
Job was completed in a timely and efficient manner. Would use this company for any other plumbing services needed.

Came out immediately for a leak issue. Advised that I regrout the shower. Took $145 for this with a smile. I felt ripped off. I normally do not give bad reviews but there was no follow up at all. I went thru a friend and got another plumber who discovered it was an issue with the shower pan with a very easy test. Beware.
