Charles and Charles Jr. Showed up on time the same day as my call and we're very professional. I had booked them to remove a toilet that I thought was broken and to install a new one, however they were able to salvage the original and fix the drainage problem, not only saving me some money from their visit, but also allowing me to return the toilet that I had bought. I am very pleased with Drain Genie and will definitely recommend them to my friends.

We had a major rebuild at our home which required almost all plumbing fixtures to be replaced We also had the house replumbed at the same time. Their plumbers didn't know what they were doing. Our GC had to go guide them the whole way. We tried to get the owner Buddy to meet with our GC but he failed to call or show up. We had no choice but to get another company to finish the work correctly. We also found out that when they did the repiping in the attic that the new pipe was laid on top of the ducts and the ducts were stepped on and completely destroyed. We had to get our AC company to repair the work. We contacted the owner about paying the bill and he refused. We do not recommend this company

Kenrick was very professional, he was excellent with customer services, it started out bad but on my end. I actually had him leave and then called him back, regardless he was very professional even if I was in the wrong. I hope he gets paid well cause he deserves it, he was knowledgeable , understanding and very professional fixed my main line clog in a very timely manner. 2nd time ever using rotor rooter and will use again and recommend.

I had water pouring out of the exterior wall on the opposite of my kitchen sink. Herrell plumbing came and, within 10 minutes and without running any water, the dishwasher or the garbage disposal, told me that the copper “waste arm” had cracked and was leaking. They said they could fix it for $750, but I would also have to hire someone to remove and replace the wood paneling on the exterior wall, through which they would need access. I called my handyman to see if he was willing and able to do the job. He thought it was weird that they had diagnosed the problem without running any water, so he decided to pull the dishwasher and found a giant puddle under it. He pulled apart the soaked wall board, ran everything in the kitchen and could not find a leak. Finally, he decided to run the dishwasher - from which water immediately sprayed. Herrell’s plumbers got out-plumbered by a handyman, because they were too busy looking for the most expensive ticket they could write to find the source of the problem. Shame on Herrell Plumbing.

I needed a slab leak detection due to the hurricane and the tech that came out spent time patiently explaining everything to me. He was able to find the leak and also do the repair the same day. We’ve been in our new construction home for 9 months. The water pressure was HORRIFIC. You literally could not do anything else in the house if somebody was showering or dishes, etc. Then Andres from Spegal came out yesterday. First and foremost he took the time to put on shoe covers as not damage carpet. I showed him the problem and he had it fixed no time at all. We are so thankful. Thank you Andres!!!!!

These guys were money. Best experience I have ever had with any crew. Crew of 4 completed my repipe in 6 hours, city inspector came the next morning followed by another crew to reset the holes. Totally satisfied customer and their price was also reasonable. Two huge thumbs up. Will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs moving forward.
