I have worked with Lapin for over one year through a variety of plumbing issues. Ultimately I had to get a new septic tank at my rental property which was my worst case scenario. I was frustrated, scared, and very concerned that I’d be taken advantage of. Lapin made the process as quick, painless, and transparent as possible. Even after the job was done, Chris assisted me with an issue that came up. Chris was responsive, kept me in the loop, and stood by his word to make a critical and time sensitive repair. Lapin came through on all their promises and I’d highly recommend their services.

A plumber was dispatched by Orlando Plumbing within a couple of hours. Travis, the plumber, provided an accurate and trustworthy estimate and service. He had the replacement valves and hardware in his work vehicle and immediately rectified the problem! Very pleased!

We had to replace a toilet and shut off valve that were both leaking badly with water on the floor. It was done properly and included removal and disposal of all old components plus trash. The caulking was done expertly, too. The plumber was thorough, very nice and on time. This was our first experience with Harvey Baker Plumbing; we plan to renovate both bathrooms soon and will use them again.

Great service from the Service Tech Thomas Marshall. He was very informative and knowledgeable as well as a true Professional. He just reaffirmed why I have always used Modern Plumbing and will continue to in the future.

All of the above. Techs are knowledgeable about their products and give the impression they are experienced in the field. They know what they're talking about. Every tech I've had has been friendly, courteous, considerate. Ferran is one of the best companies I've dealt with.

Was hoping to find a plumbing service that we could use in the future. While we Appreciate the prompt service we were disappointed in the price gouging. Cost was double what we had anticipated and there was no discussion in what that cost would be prior to work being done. Will not recommend or use again.

I used their website to book a repair appointment with a special discount on repair service. I got a confirmation email, and a follow up email asking what the problem was. The following business day I still had no email or phone call in regards to the booking. I called the office and was told they were very busy, and would have to check on availability of a plumbing tech. Several hours later, they have someone, but now there's a problem with the online price. The site is not correct, (big surprise right!). It's going to be more than the price listed online and the email notification. That's without even checking how much work the repair would be. They did go over the pricing finally over the phone with me. I canceled the job. One it was more than I wanted to pay, two if they already changed the price on me once, I'm sure they would change it again after the plumber was here ready to do the repair. Consumer beware, if you want to use them call on the phone and get all the pricing upfront. I have used them before without a problem. I guess it's time to find a new plumbing company.
