Best Plumbing System Maintenance in Orlando FL

Van came out to our cafe to drain our grease trap. He was very nice and did an amazing job at doing a very smelly job. He was very informative about what was going on and how we can maintain our sewage etc ourselves. He was in and out within an hour, which was greatly appreciated since we closed at the end of the same hour. We will be using this company again and hopefully Van does our service! I had a backed up septic system...clogged between my holding tank and septic tank. The 2 servicemen, Rod Smith and Iggie(?) were AWESOME!! They obviously had the knowledge of what to do and how to fix this old system!! It was hot, and they didn't stop until they had it fixed! I appreciate their hard work and diligence shown while at my house! They went the extra mile when putting everything back together and cleaning up after the job! Rod also made some recommendations for some things that needed to be done in the future to bring our septic system up to date! Thank you, Lapin, for hiring honest, hardworking employees! I will call Lapin again.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service they provided. The initial employee did not perform the task accurately. Travis entered and failed to clean the correct conduit. He chose to repair the drain conduit, which eventually led to a backup. The following day, the second man, Joe, arrived and repaired the toilet conduit and other issues. Joe took his time and completed the task accurately. 5 stars for Joe. Travis was also extremely useful!

Albert was very responsive in my time of need when I did not have any water in my house and was in a desperate situation. My home had a defective water heater and +40 year old plumbing that was leaking. He and his team repiped my entire house and replaced the broken water heater quickly so that I would be able to have water in the house for me and my family. We can't thank him enough and would recommend to any of our family and friends.

I have used them a couple of times now, once for a leak under my foundation and another time for a complete garbage disposal replacement, each time they were professional, punctual, and provided great work. From customer service to the great workmanship they do its so nice to be able to know that you can call them and you dont have to stress. Honest and reliable at a competitive price.

Paramount Plumbing went above and beyond when we requested service for a local company in Winter Park we manage. Our plumbing specialist, Alva, is who really impressed us and prompted me to write this review; He arrived on very short notice, and on a Saturday nonetheless. Alva provided top-notch service, and essentially 'saved the day' upon his speedy and thorough resolution for the issue we were experiencing.

I used their website to book a repair appointment with a special discount on repair service. I got a confirmation email, and a follow up email asking what the problem was. The following business day I still had no email or phone call in regards to the booking. I called the office and was told they were very busy, and would have to check on availability of a plumbing tech. Several hours later, they have someone, but now there's a problem with the online price. The site is not correct, (big surprise right!). It's going to be more than the price listed online and the email notification. That's without even checking how much work the repair would be. They did go over the pricing finally over the phone with me. I canceled the job. One it was more than I wanted to pay, two if they already changed the price on me once, I'm sure they would change it again after the plumber was here ready to do the repair. Consumer beware, if you want to use them call on the phone and get all the pricing upfront. I have used them before without a problem. I guess it's time to find a new plumbing company.
