We asked TJ to come and remove the debris left on our roof from a bad roofing experience. He came promptly, did it swiftly, and was very professional. We will use his services for other issues around the house!

We’ve now used Lapin the last 2 times we needed to pump out our septic. They even followed up & called us the 2nd time to remind us it was time to have the service completed. The service techs (Jason & Ken) who came out recently were very courteous, knowledgeable, & prompt right on time as scheduled. We’ll definitely be using Lapin again next time we are in need of service.

The technician did an excellent job assisting with the installation of a new waste disposal and piping in our kitchen. He was highly competent and able to complete the repair promptly! Unquestionably recommend him.

The tech came to check my gas hot water heater fault code which indicated a fault in the air flow sensor which I had to show him, he said he would check to see if that part is available. When he returned about 15 minutes later I was told the parts are obsolete and I need a new water heater so I scheduled an appointment to have it replaced. I asked him where the sensor is located and he told me it is in the gas valve controller. After the tech charged me a service fee and left I looked for the sensor for my unit which was on top by the vent blower . I looked for a clog and found the vacuum hose came loose. I put the hose back on and the heater worked just fine. The tech didn’t know what he was doing or was just trying to make me buy something I didn’t need.

I needed help with some plumbing issues, I called Stronghold Plumbing, and they came in at the time they said they would, they took care of my issues with no problem,, no messes left behind for me to clean as Stronghold plumbing took care of the mess.

Where to start, I will say there are MANY companies, but few professional. To his credit, Andrew is a breath of fresh air. I don't think you will find a more competent, kind and knowledgeable plumber at this price ANYWHERE. Excellent response time, LISTENS to the customer, (you would be surprised how many do NOT!) I can only sing praises for this company. Quality, ethical and competitive pricing with fast response. There is a reason he has all excellent ratings. Gerrid was a great professional who patiently diagnosed our issue until he discovered the root cause. He was precise and very honest as he troubleshooted using his experience and knowledge.He was polite and just very easy to work with; leave Gerrid alone as he does his job and you will be happy with the end result!

I just wanted to share what great service I got from Ferran yesterday. I had placed an order for a new cooling system and it hasn’t come in yet. The gentleman who helped me place the order said, if anything happened to my old unit before the new unit came in call them and let them know and they would take care of it for me. ( with a couple of limitations) He couldn’t have spoken more truth! Our old air conditioner did go out on the Fourth of July and Ferran was right there to get it running again. It required a new motor and fan blades and they fixed it for me at no charge. The service guys that came out to work on it were extremely nice and extremely helpful. I’m glad I’ve chosen Ferran to install my new unit as well as reduct and insulate my attic. I highly recommend this company.

Unfortunately, they were hired by my GC as a sub for the first time to do the complete plumbing job on our new house. I've had nothing but problems. For one they are well overpriced, and now that we need to have our refrigerator water line moved (for a fee) couple of feet to fit our kitchen design, before the drywall hanging stage. They keep ignoring our request after endless phone calls and emails. So we keep having to delay the drywall install stage.
