I had my septic back up. I called a company to drain the septic tank. While they were here, I specifically asked the tech if he will drain the second compartment of the tank, he said it was not necessary. A couple of days later, after I paid them a few hundred dollars for draining it, the tank was full and I could hear bubbling in our toilet. I opened the drain cap outside that goes to the tank and noticed the pipe was full again. I called the company back out and they told me I needed a new drain field at a cost of thousands. I then called Lapin to get a second opinion. Carlos Labrador from Lapin came out and explained that it could be that the filter needs to be cleaned. This would involve digging up the dirt to reach the other side of the tank (the one the other company didn't touch) and checking the filter and cleaning it out. He said his company could do it, but also mentioned it might be something I could do my self if I wanted to give it a try. Well, I did it myself, the water went down and Carlos Labrador even answered some questions via the phone after I dug in. I can't thanks Carlos Labrador enough for his expert advice, honesty and kindness. Because of him, I will gladly recommend Lapin, and will call them again when I need some maintanence done to the septic system. Thank you!I just want to add that I used Lapin again. I called Carlos and although they couldn't get me in till Monday, he made the additional call and helped get me in right away. Thanks again Carlos and Lapin.

We are collaborating with Orlando Plumbing for the second time. Travis was our plumber today, and he was expeditious, knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. Hard water had damaged the cartridge in our master shower, which he replaced. In addition, he determined the alkalinity of our water and suggested measures to prevent future problems. I endorse this business.

The service was quick & effective, the serviceman was professional & friendly and the cost was significantly less than the competition.

It’s always a good experience working with Reliance. I’ve used them for over 20 years. Today I had a toilet replaced and Alfonso did a perfect job. He’s also very professional and really pays attention to detail. He left the bathroom spotless too! We all know plumbing issues can be expensive, but with Reliance at least you get what you pay for.

Was hoping to find a plumbing service that we could use in the future. While we Appreciate the prompt service we were disappointed in the price gouging. Cost was double what we had anticipated and there was no discussion in what that cost would be prior to work being done. Will not recommend or use again.
