Just purchased our first starter condo and have some plumbing issues to address. Chris Portz was our contact and provided by far the best consultation of any company we have reached out for for quotes. He was very down to earth and took his time to explain what needed to be worked on immediately and what could realistically wait due to budgeting concerns. I never felt like he was trying to scare me into any work or up-sell me into anything unneeded. All in all I feel like I have a much more solid understanding of what we need to do and would recommend Chris and Lapin next time you need quotes and honest opinions. Looking forward to getting finalized estimates and proceeding from here!

Absolutely the best! I have used them a couple of times now, once for a leak under my foundation and another time for a complete garbage disposal replacement, each time they were professional, punctual, and provided great work. From customer service to the great workmanship they do its so nice to be able to know that you can call them and you dont have to stress. Honest and reliable at a competitive price.

Came out immediately for a leak issue. Advised that I regrout the shower. Took $145 for this with a smile. I felt ripped off. I normally do not give bad reviews but there was no follow up at all. I went thru a friend and got another plumber who discovered it was an issue with the shower pan with a very easy test. Beware.

Paramount Plumbing went above and beyond when we requested service for a local company in Winter Park we manage. Our plumbing specialist, Alva, is who really impressed us and prompted me to write this review; He arrived on very short notice, and on a Saturday nonetheless. Alva provided top-notch service, and essentially 'saved the day' upon his speedy and thorough resolution for the issue we were experiencing.

I used their website to book a repair appointment with a special discount on repair service. I got a confirmation email, and a follow up email asking what the problem was. The following business day I still had no email or phone call in regards to the booking. I called the office and was told they were very busy, and would have to check on availability of a plumbing tech. Several hours later, they have someone, but now there's a problem with the online price. The site is not correct, (big surprise right!). It's going to be more than the price listed online and the email notification. That's without even checking how much work the repair would be. They did go over the pricing finally over the phone with me. I canceled the job. One it was more than I wanted to pay, two if they already changed the price on me once, I'm sure they would change it again after the plumber was here ready to do the repair. Consumer beware, if you want to use them call on the phone and get all the pricing upfront. I have used them before without a problem. I guess it's time to find a new plumbing company.
