Hard water had damaged the cartridge in our master shower, which he replaced. In addition, he determined the alkalinity of our water and suggested measures to prevent future problems. Poor communication & beware of their surcharges of nearly $100. They will quote you with something seemingly reasonable & then change it the day of..a 30 minute job should not cost $400. Not to mention, they can never give you an appointment time yet they will charge by the hour. If you’re a business & aren’t on the premise upon their arrival, this is very inconvenient. Will never recommend or use again.
