We have an older home built in 1988 that we purchased back in 2012 utilizing a septic tank and drainage field. All of our neighbors over the past couple years, one by one, have had to re-do their drainage fields. We had hoped that was not going to happen to us but yesterday it did! We experienced a backup in all out toilets and sinks. Our drainage field had finally said it's time to retire. Being in a bit of a panic we researched the internet and based on reviews took a chance with Total Enviro Services. They were able to show up that very day, thank goodness! From what I understand that is not always possible in their industry. Pat, the service technician, was just plain awesome. While he worked, we watched. He explained everything he was doing. He explained how the septic tank and the drainage field works and quickly got our toilets and sinks working again by cleaning out the tank. This at least bought us a couple weeks to get ready for the next steps. Our next step with Total Enviro Services is have our drainage field replaced. Not fun, not cheap, but it's very clear to us now what it does, and why it needs to be replaced. I'll update this post once that happens. Over the past weekend my AC system stopped working. With the heat wave we are currently experiencing and family coming to visit I needed to make sure that our system was back up and running. I reached out to Ace Solves it All and within an hour of my call they had someone at my house fixing the issue. From the dispatch to their service, we received exceptional service above and beyond my expectations! I needed a second opinion, they went above and beyond to help us. A technician came out after his normal hours to find out leak, they were patient and understanding of our situation. We were informed of every step and had everything fully explained throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer the phone and always had somebody that could come out if we needed something at a certain moment , they went far beyond what previous plumbers have done and their range and we are forever grateful for their hard work.

The dispatcher was very sympathetic to my needs. They arrived within 15 min of me calling. The tech was very understanding to my concerns and jumped right into it solving the problem. Most importantly they were able to solve other issues I didn't see. Most friendly ever.

My house built in 50’s and difficult layout due to additions but obviously, NO JOB IS TOO BIG for HERRELL PLUMBING. I suspected something amiss when the hot water was not available when needed even with the timer on. I called The Leak Doctor and a slab leak was found leading from the hot water heater.

I then called HERRELL and an estimate walk-thru by Bobby and Red was scheduled quickly, and WORK STARTED ON TIME and FINISHED IN TWO DAYS. BIG PLUS FOR ME.

I’ve never met a nicer, polite and professional crew than Bobby, Red, Sebastian, Pete, JJ and Ruffian. Communication was phenomenal among them and if ran into problem, Red or Bobby was just a phone call away and then at the house. The office personnel exceptional as well.

Herrell has done work at my house in past and will ALWAYS be my go-to plumbers and would recommend them if you want a JOB WELL DONE....the FIRST TIME!
