El Plomero Latino came out to my house very quickly. Jeffrey was very professional and installed a relief valve and water heater with no issues. I had experiences with other plumbing companies and the prices were always too high and the work was not good. With El Plomero Latino the service went with no problem and the installation was done very professionally. I recommend Jeffrey because he was efficient, professional, fair and honest. I also recommend El Plomero Latino to anyone looking for an .excellent plumbing company.

This poor quality company tore my mother's sidewalk, sprinkler system, and gazebo up all because they wanted to cut corners. The part of the sidewalk that was not damaged, now has blue glue all over it from where they spilled the plumbers glue everywhere. What a mess of a job! When my mom called the company to state her concerns, she was rudely told by Lynn to read the contract because they are not responsible for any damages. As if this response was not cold enough, Lynn proceeded to talk like my mom was a 2 year old, and in the most belittling way. Shame on this company for taking advantage of my elderly mother! Friends in Belle Isle and Cornerstone, you have been warned.

Devon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about how to resolve my injector pump issues. He was helpful in suggesting a licensed, certified plumber to complete the job. I strongly endorse this technician.

Andre came out to pump out our septic tank. He was very friendly, professional and efficient. He called ahead to let us know when he would be arriving for our set appointment timeframe. He told us the tank was in good shape when he was done, so we didn't have any issues with our septic tank, so it was a simple pump out. I would highly recommend this company for this service.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service they provided. The initial employee did not perform the task accurately. Travis entered and failed to clean the correct conduit. He chose to repair the drain conduit, which eventually led to a backup. The following day, the second man, Joe, arrived and repaired the toilet conduit and other issues. Joe took his time and completed the task accurately. 5 stars for Joe. Travis was also extremely useful!

Professional and fast. Not as invasive into walls and fixtures as other plumbers' estimates. Very satisfied!

Was hoping to find a plumbing service that we could use in the future. While we Appreciate the prompt service we were disappointed in the price gouging. Cost was double what we had anticipated and there was no discussion in what that cost would be prior to work being done. Will not recommend or use again.

Hired A1 Service Plumbing for a routine backflow testing. The technician failed to turn the irrigation valve back on after testing and, with use traveling for two months, this killed off most of my lawn. A simple $80 testing will now cost me hundreds to repair. I also had to remind them twice to send in the paperwork to the city for testing.

Now, they won't return my calls or emails. Completely unprofessional.
