Best Commercial Maintenance in Orlando FL

I called for an estimate on some French drains. They took my number and told me someone named Kevin would call me shortly. 24 hours later no call. I called back and was able to speak to Kevin who scheduled an appointment for the next day and never showed up. When I called to inquire about it, the receptionist told me she worked in accounting and dispatch was busy and she was just helping out. I expressed my frustration with the lack of follow up and professionalism only to be told that she’d wait until I was “Done”. From my experience I would not recommend this company for any services.

Tj Handyman Services is a professional handyman company. The technicians are reliable and knowledgeable. They came over on schedule and had the work done in less than two hour. The price is very reasonable and no hidden charges. Tj Handyman Services definitely did a great job. I am recommending them to everyone. Friendly staff and good service!!

had 2 guys come to my home to replace our drain field they got here early got new drain field installed quickly did a good job they had to live for a other job .a deferent person by the name of Wilmer Medina came to finish the job covered the drain field dressed every thing up Wilmer did a great job on the finish work I am well pleased with his work. jim byrd thanks

We had to replace a toilet and shut off valve that were both leaking badly with water on the floor. It was done properly and included removal and disposal of all old components plus trash. The caulking was done expertly, too. The plumber was thorough, very nice and on time. This was our first experience with Harvey Baker Plumbing; we plan to renovate both bathrooms soon and will use them again.

Great service from the Service Tech Thomas Marshall. He was very informative and knowledgeable as well as a true Professional. He just reaffirmed why I have always used Modern Plumbing and will continue to in the future.

All of the above. Techs are knowledgeable about their products and give the impression they are experienced in the field. They know what they're talking about. Every tech I've had has been friendly, courteous, considerate. Ferran is one of the best companies I've dealt with.

Was hoping to find a plumbing service that we could use in the future. While we Appreciate the prompt service we were disappointed in the price gouging. Cost was double what we had anticipated and there was no discussion in what that cost would be prior to work being done. Will not recommend or use again.

Buyer Beware! They will lie to you in writing and not keep their end of the agreement. They never paid us for a plumbing permit that they hired us to pull, then asked us to change our name on it and then they used the permit! Scam artist or just plain unprofessional and misleading.
