Lapin Service did a thorough septic evaluation and maintenance service. I chose them because of a neighbors recommendation (they had installed a new drain field). The neighbor raved about the ease of working with them. Their great reviews certainly backed that up. The technician, Willy, that came out notified me when he was on his way. He was wonderful, very knowledgeable, and ensured that I was up to date on the latest septic care information. He was very careful with my landscape. I thoroughly recommend this company and will choose them for future needs.

I called Jeff's Kitchen and Bath and they actually came over within the hour and fixed my faucet for a good price. Gene was professional and informative. Great Service!

They answered the phone right away and dispatched a plumber within 2 hrs of my call. Better than most since most other plumbers were unavailable. The tech was very polite and knowledgeable and did a great job. The price was high for the work that was done and seemed they charged a premium for cheap parts. This may be common in plumbing though especially for an emergency call. I had a broken hose spigot inside the concrete wall and needed the water back on same day so I paid the high price. They came and got the job done quickly though so I suppose it was worth it.

Technician was very polite, on-time, and provided us w/ continuous updates on what he was doing.

Pinhole leak in a copper pipe - $143 to fix. It took them under 1/2 hour to fix it. I assume that if they worked a full 8 hours on a project, it would cost 16 X $143 or $2,288.
I'm not sure what other plumbers charge.

I was not able to use this businesses services because they never showed up! I called Monday of this week and it is now Friday. I had to call 3 separate times to speak to the receptionist there and she informed me each day I called back that the plumber would be there tomorrow before noon and he never showed up the entire week. There were no call-backs, no emails, no updates. We will be going with a different company from here on.
