We contracted Total Enviro to come pump our septic today and we could not be more pleased. James called when he was 20 minutes out just as they said he would. Upon arrival James asked me what was going on with the system. I advised him that we periodically have gurgling in one of our toilets during heavy usage, but no backups or slow drains. After pumping, James took the time to look over the entire system. He advised me that the drain field was saturated and even took some video to show me what he was talking about. He then checked to see if there was a filter before the drain field that may be clogged, as that can sometimes cause a problem. No filter on our system. He took even more time and pumped out the extra water that was coming back into the tank from the drain field. He also double checked to make sure that our drain pipe wasn't clogged. James's recommendation was to take a wait and see approach. Now that the tank was completely empty he suggested adding some enzymes and letting the drain field dry out and that maybe the enzymes would kick start the system to see if we could get some more life out of it. No high pressure drain field replacement speech, which was refreshing. Thank you James and Total Enviro!!

You won't use another plumber after using Scott and associates. The Technician was Richard and he's very professional and explain what action he was taking step by step. I needed a Re-pipe done and the job takes him less than a day to complete. What I loved most is that he left the work area clean and their prices are affordable

So, pardon my gushing, but I am in the midst a full fledged grateful glow to Lapin and their staff. This story starts with me calling them (in an admittadly frustrated huff) over a problem I was having with a drain. They had worked on the drain years before, so I wasn't expecting ANY help from them, I just wanted to know the size of the materials they used so I could make an attempt at fixing the problem on my own. Not only did they show general concern for me and my situation, they worked with me to problem solve and sent someone to the property within hours of my call to look at the problem I was having and.... drumroll please... fix it for me. Yes people, I said FIX it for me, no charge, no hassle.... they just showed up and TOOK CARE OF IT. That, my friends, is beyond my expectations and has left me somewhat speechless. All I can say is that if you need plumbling services, this is the place to go, these are the people to talk to. they will stand by their work, they will treat you like a human and they will go out of their way to make sure you happy - - even when there is nothing in it for them except the knowledge that they have done a great job. Kudos to everyone at Lapin (especially Michael!) who reinstilled in me a belief in the craftsman who care about his company and his work as an expression of his own values.

Called Jeff's Kitchen due to what we thought was minor leak in the Master bathroom. Upon inspection, Jeff's Plumber noted that we had a major issue and the leak was much bigger and problematic than we thought. Long story short, Jeff's removed the shower and tub, and fixed the leaks, and recommended mold remediation specialist. After mold remediation, Jeff's came back to re-install new shower and tub. Along the way, Jeff's was there everytime we had a question about the project and next steps (and we had many). We are 100% satisfied with the work done and will be calling them again should we have any other plumbing needs.

I was experiencing drainage issues and both a handyman and another plumbing company attempted snaking the line but with failed results. I called Reliance and they were able to give me a quote over the phone and was able to come out the next day to perform a hydro-jetting. Both Ronaldo and Danny showed up on time, explained the process and were able to complete the work in a reasonable time. They also brought the camera to show that the line was clear. I haven't experience drainage issue since.

I recently hired the guys from Action Plumbing to repipe my whole house. It was a two day job that was handled extremely professionally. They were able to accommodate my schedule and never left my family without water when we came home in the evening. I would highly recommend them to do any of your plumbing work! Was hoping to find a plumbing service that we could use in the future. While we Appreciate the prompt service we were disappointed in the price gouging. Cost was double what we had anticipated and there was no discussion in what that cost would be prior to work being done. Will not recommend or use again.
