Kyle to the rescue!!! We can not thank Total Enviro Septic service enough for their quick response. We are a busy office and nothing is more unsettling than hearing your toilets start gurgling or funnier than telling your coworkers ok you can tinkle but no pooping. I would highly recommend TES.

Devon's quickness and assistance were greatly appreciated. In just a couple of hours, he had a repairman at my door. It was nice to have someone show up on time after spending the day trying to get two other companies to come out. A plumber was dispatched by Orlando Plumbing within a couple of hours. Travis, the plumber, provided an accurate and trustworthy estimate and service. He had the replacement valves and hardware in his work vehicle and immediately rectified the problem! Very pleased!

The tech came to check my gas hot water heater fault code which indicated a fault in the air flow sensor which I had to show him, he said he would check to see if that part is available. When he returned about 15 minutes later I was told the parts are obsolete and I need a new water heater so I scheduled an appointment to have it replaced. I asked him where the sensor is located and he told me it is in the gas valve controller. After the tech charged me a service fee and left I looked for the sensor for my unit which was on top by the vent blower . I looked for a clog and found the vacuum hose came loose. I put the hose back on and the heater worked just fine. The tech didn’t know what he was doing or was just trying to make me buy something I didn’t need.

Absolutely the best! I have used them a couple of times now, once for a leak under my foundation and another time for a complete garbage disposal replacement, each time they were professional, punctual, and provided great work. Was hoping to find a plumbing service that we could use in the future. While we Appreciate the prompt service we were disappointed in the price gouging. Cost was double what we had anticipated and there was no discussion in what that cost would be prior to work being done. Will not recommend or use again.

Unfortunately, they were hired by my GC as a sub for the first time to do the complete plumbing job on our new house. I've had nothing but problems. For one they are well overpriced, and now that we need to have our refrigerator water line moved (for a fee) couple of feet to fit our kitchen design, before the drywall hanging stage. They keep ignoring our request after endless phone calls and emails. So we keep having to delay the drywall install stage.
