Amazing service! Van was on time, friendly and the consummate professional!

On December 24, 2022, my heat and water stopped working. Early this morning, Alex and Devon arrived there, and by this afternoon, they had done the repairs, even going so far as to insulate the pipes and the surfaces nearby.

TJ Install my brand new garage door. He was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, methodical, and neat. The word, professional, comes up in a lot of reviews for Tj work - and for good reason. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again and I highly recommend him and his team. Thanks, Tj!

I've never had to call a plumber before, but Justin & Lane at Lapin were very pleasant and helpful. They were able to come out same day and had the clog in my shower drain fixed in less than 15 minutes. They also stayed a bit and gave me product recommendations for drain upkeep and also provided estimates for toilet & sink installs.Overall the most positive outcome I could have expected. Very happy to have been able to have Justin & Lane over to help with the issue.

A plumber was dispatched by Orlando Plumbing within a couple of hours. Travis, the plumber, provided an accurate and trustworthy estimate and service. He had the replacement valves and hardware in his work vehicle and immediately rectified the problem! Very pleased!

Feeling ripped off. They guy came over to replace 2 angle stop valves for us. Those run about $30. He was here for MAYBE 30mins. Our bill...$233.00!!!!!!
Called around to compare what we paid to what other companies were charging. Most companies have a base rate. $85 for 1hr. Plus parts. Basically we paid too much.
Blown away. Especially for something we could’ve done/should e done ourselves in hindsight. Maybe those YouTube tutorials should be the first go to from now on.
Oh and those 2 knobs in the picture...that’s all he replaced. Hahahahaha...feeling like a fool.

Absolutely the best! I have used them a couple of times now, once for a leak under my foundation and another time for a complete garbage disposal replacement, each time they were professional, punctual, and provided great work. From customer service to the great workmanship they do its so nice to be able to know that you can call them and you dont have to stress. Honest and reliable at a competitive price.

I used their website to book a repair appointment with a special discount on repair service. I got a confirmation email, and a follow up email asking what the problem was. The following business day I still had no email or phone call in regards to the booking. I called the office and was told they were very busy, and would have to check on availability of a plumbing tech. Several hours later, they have someone, but now there's a problem with the online price. The site is not correct, (big surprise right!). It's going to be more than the price listed online and the email notification. That's without even checking how much work the repair would be. They did go over the pricing finally over the phone with me. I canceled the job. One it was more than I wanted to pay, two if they already changed the price on me once, I'm sure they would change it again after the plumber was here ready to do the repair. Consumer beware, if you want to use them call on the phone and get all the pricing upfront. I have used them before without a problem. I guess it's time to find a new plumbing company.
