We started with a septic tank pump and then began a drain field rejuvenation only to discover our drain field pipes were clogged from many decades of tree roots growing through the pipes. No wonder we have had years of septic tank issues. Total Septic credited us for both expenses and put those charges towards our new drain field. Total Septic from the office staff, to Barry, the Field Manager, and the men who came to sweat and dig in the hot sun were all polite, professional, yet easy going and helpful. I would totally recommend Total Septic for all your septic/drain field issues. We will use them as we pump our septic tank every few years!

Lapin installed a new drain field in my property. Carlos Labrador and Robert Consider were my contacts throughout the construction. They were very professional and responsive to all my requests. Carlos advised me right in the beginning that the permitting process was lengthy and expected to take approximately 8 weeks which indeed it took. The work itself took only a full day. The drain field was inspected by County Health and passed. My experience with Lapin, Carlos and Robert could not have been better.

A plumber was dispatched by Orlando Plumbing within a couple of hours. Travis, the plumber, provided an accurate and trustworthy estimate and service. He had the replacement valves and hardware in his work vehicle and immediately rectified the problem! Very pleased!
