They have assisted me with many jobs, some requiring research which Mike is always happy to do, and another which required coming back to move a newly installed water heater so that I could have a few more inches to better access my water softener. I highly recommend Micro Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. I have consistently received timely, accommodating, and expert installations as well as outstanding customer service.

I texted Bill at almost 5pm…when everyone else was closing. We needed a drain unclogged…had backed up in our basement. Bill responded immediately, and showed up within 20 minutes. Was kind, professional, and gave me great advice to prevent my problem in the future. Thanks for your great service, Bill!

Frank came to look at the project, said he would send an estimate and that his son would finish a job close-by and then come over to do the work, and then never heard from him again! I texted and called after waiting several hours for an estimate. This happened right after Christmas so we had already waited several days. A simple text or phone call that he was too busy would have been the professional thing to do.

Phil does an incredible job. Very professional and very accommodating. We needed them to come out on a Sunday afternoon for an emergency water heater repair and they were there quickly and made the repair. I highly recommend Winfrey Plumbing.

I messaged Big Birge near the end of the day to come check out my sprinkler system, for what appeared to be several leaks. James came out first thing in the morning the next day. He was fantastic. Friendly, checked everything thoroughly, identified the problem which was thankfully less severe than I thought, and got it all fixed up right away and for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend James and Big Birge to anyone looking for a plumber. I’ll definitely be calling them next time we have a problem.

Wayne has always gone above and beyond when we bring him any septic issues that we have. I wouldn't recommend anybody else because he treats us so we'll.

Plumber Ken was polite, honest and told me straight up front that they dont work on my type of estate & the reason of why.

He also gave me a little more valuable info that is important regarding other plumbing situations.

We needed a drain cleaning for our bathroom sink and we couldn't have picked a better company to go with. Zach McCall was professional and very knowledgeable. He not only took care of the issue we called about but also pointed out a few things to watch out for in the future. We just moved into a new house and after a day we noticed that the hot water pressure started to drop. The water heater was working fine during our final walk through of the house as I ensured to check it. Just a very untimely issue of it going bad, specially when we had people staying with us as they were helping us move. Needing this to be resolved quickly, I called multiple plumbers in the area and could not get anyone in to replace the water heater within the day. I stumbled across Fernando on google search and I am so happen I did. I gave him a call and left a voicemail: within the hour he returned my call. He then was able to come over to check out the issue I was having, and was able to confirm the issue as just needing to replace the water heater. He directed me to pick one up at a local big box store and that he could install it later that afternoon. I was able to get the water heater he recommended, plus I purchased a water softener since we had buildup issues as well. Once again the water softener was a recommendation of his, but he was not pushing me into buying it.

Once I got home with the items, Fernando was able to come over and complete the install of both the water heater and water softener within only a couple of hours. By the end of the night, we were all able to enjoy a much needed hot shower. From first communication to completed install was only 1 day. I cannot thank Fernando more for the above and beyond customer service, professionalism, and skill of his craft. I highly recommend him and I will continue to use him going forward for any of our major plumbing issues or remodeling!

Seems like they have a history of bad drivers. Just watched one employee drive 100+ mph down I80 weaving in and out of traffic. Driving on the shoulder and tailgating multiple vehicles. If there employees are a testament to their service I would strongly recommend any other company. Putting peoples lives at risk is a major concern and from what I’ve seen this is a recurring problem with this company and it’s drivers. Be careful out there if you see them on the road they have no regard from human life.
