Ben came last minute to fix a valve on my water main. He charged a resonable price and was at my house with 15 minutes. We had no water in the house becuase of the broken valve and Ben had us up and running in less than 1 hour. Super nice and great service!!1

Mike came by and looked at our issue. What we thought was a clogged drain was actually plumbing not up to standards. John and his crew came out and worked from the basement to access the main floor plumbing. They carefully cut out drywall to repair. They took the time to show me what the issues were and was able to resolve. The drains are working perfectly now. Mike was friendly, professional, and prompt. John was professional and cared about the job they were doing and kept the mess to a minimum. Our drywall repair guys stated they don't often see such careful access through the ceiling. I was able to reuse the original drywall and had it repaired with minimal effort from the drywall crew. I would highly recommend Mike and John at Micro Plumbing to my friends and family. They are awesome I have used smith pro several times in the last 5 years. From unclogging our sink also unfreezing our kitchen pipes and replaced our outside spicket. They are well priced and fast.

Wonderful service. Great response time and even rearranged their daily schedule to see me the same day as I called. Tim came out right at the time we scheduled and found the part we needed for my old houses shower out of the two that were in town. He picked it up on his way home and the next day James was there to get the repair made in quick time. Everything works perfectly again, looks clean and neat with fantastic soldering I should add. This is the only plumber I will ever have. Andy and his crew are by far the best. They are fair and very efficient. They know their stuff. Have used therm twice and they don't leave you hanging. Andy gets someone out asap. Can't say enough about them.

We had our sewer backup and flood the basement, spewing sewage on the carpet and ruining some boxes we had on the floor. I caller Rotor-Rooter and the most pleasant woman showed up to supervise the operation. Her name was Shana and she knew her business. She called my insurance company and filed a claim. Roto-Rooter is an amazing organization, they not only unplugged the clogged sewer line, they arranged to have the old carpet pulled up, the floor cleaned and to have the items in the basement taken away to be cleaned. I am impressed with the way they have responded to our needs.

Edit at the bottomFor 109 dollars they were able to come out the same day I called, which was good. Tech recommended a full AC system replacement, some leakage in the indoors condensation line burned out the blower motor, I feel like if we could fix the condenser leak and replace the blower motor we would probably be fine. Gonna seek a second opinion.**The second opinion guy removed a clog from a line, fixed a wire, and had our AC going in fifteen minutes. A far cry from 8k for a whole new setup.

Scott was very responsive to our call, was able to arrive early in the morning so I didn't need to be late for work, and was able to clear the blockage in our drain quickly and easily. We were expecting much more costly work to redo some plumbing. We will be using Equisure again, next time we need a plumber!
