Ben came last minute to fix a valve on my water main. He charged a resonable price and was at my house with 15 minutes. We had no water in the house becuase of the broken valve and Ben had us up and running in less than 1 hour. Super nice and great service!!1

This Summer I completed a pretty big home remodeling project: my master bathroom. Luckily, I was not alone. I had Micro Plumbing handle my plumbing needs. They removed a lot of worry from me and helped really add the spit and polish to my bathroom with a new toilet and a beautiful new faucet. They even re-caulked my shower and tub for me when I asked for that at the last minute. They were prompt, efficient, and friendly. Thanks, Micro Plumbing!

Worst company. They collected $640 from us and were trying to collect money from the insurance company as well for the same service. Their final word was to get another company to give us an estimate after they supposedly located the broken pipe, and were going to start working.
Reported for Insurance fraud, Federal Trade Comission for this guy business practice.

These guys are amazing! They're great about returning calls. They show up when they say they will. They work quickly. They keep everything clean. They're respectful. And they actually fix the problem! We've called them twice to fix different plumbing issues the last tenants left behind, and they did a stellar job! Took 2 full days for a tech to get to me but after all, it was Christmas Eve and Christmas Day! Very personable gentleman and drain was opened within one hour. Very good job! 6 month guarantee also a plus.

Ww had a wonderful experience with this business. I messaged them on their website to request an appointment and they called me within the hour. The plumber was very professional and the repair cost for our burst pipe and spigot replacement was very reasonable. Before arriving, they texted a picture of the plumber and a little bio so we knew who was coming. I appreciate a company that is quick to respond and follows through with the appointment and work. 5 stars!!!

Finally found a Great plumbing company! Kurt is an excellent technician - was actually early (called first) which gave him time to not only address and resolve the issue I called for but was willing and able to answer some questions on other issues. Gave some great advice and fixed another problem.

Rates are competitive but more importantly, I feel that they did exactly the job needed without attempting to upsell (No thanks Burton!). Clean, friendly, professional - could not have asked for more. My new go-to plumber!

Had a bad problem with washing machine overflowing a drain. Took them a long time to clear but got better. They did have to come out to clear the main 3 weeks afterwards and now everything seems to be working great. They didn't charge us for return visit. Dion was our technician for the last visit and he was so polite and courteous. I was very surprised. Not only that, Dion was out here within 12 hours of our call! Thanks Dion!!! A++++

I have hot water again!! Durham Plumbing responded quickly to fit me in the day and did a fantastic fabulous job , great professional expertise on replacing my water heater. The pricing was explained before the job was started . I would definitely call Durham plumbing for services I may need in the future , definitely recommend!! I had a water pipe burst due to the cold weather that came in December 2022. Dana, the plumber, came out to fix the pipes. He was very personable and delivered 5 star customer service. He also had the issue fixed in two hours with a very reasonable bill. If you need plumbing assistance call this company and ask for Dana. I can't recommend him enough for his service and professionalism!!!
