The valve (located in our basement) that feeds our sprinkler system was not sealing well and was allowing water to leak into the pipes that go outside. We were having to drain the pipes weekly. Micro Plumbing replaced the valve in less than an hour and even made a repeat visit to fix a couple other joints that were disturbed during the replacement of the valve. We are happy with our decision to use Micro Plumbing for our repairs.

He and his guys have always been punctual, professional, explained the problem and solutions in a manner anyone could understand, and they always took extra precautions to protect my house or business and cleaned up after themselves. Honest and reasonably priced. Immediate call back when answering service took my number. Had them install new water system in whole house replacing galvanized pipe. Never had such good volume and pressure prior to their installation.

The price was very good compared to other companies in the area that I had bid the project. Southside Plumbing replaced a lead service line for me from the street into my home. I was pleased with the promptness that they demonstrated in getting this done and everything works as expected. The only thing I am not very impressed with is they made a pretty big mess in my basement (unfinished but clean prior to the job). I was on vacation when they did the job so I wasn't able to see it until I got home. I've attached some photos.

Other than the mess, I would use Southside again and recommend getting a bid from them if you are disappointed in some other bids you are getting!

Arrived quick, very polite and respectful. Had to work with very old existing fixtures and were very knowledgeable and was impressed with the young lady that came by to check for water damage before repairs got underway. Have future work planned and will call them when ready to get it taken care of.

This is the second time we have had the honor of working with Big Birge Plumbing. We have a 3 month old and the hot water heater went out. Not only were they a man short that day but went above and beyond to care for our most precious treasure. The wife and I would be alright but they saw the need and met it with our kiddo. No other plumbing company necessary in our home. They have become more than just a business to us.

Due to a warranty company we were lucky to have been given A& A plumbing.. They came late in the day on a Friday in an emergency situation and were kind, courteous and efficient.. The owner even stopped by to lend a hand.. We had hot water that evening and were so thankful... Thanks again A&A.. We really appreciated everything you did for us!

Fernando did an awesome job installing hard pipe for a sump to exterior and adding a new hose bib. He also repaired two toilet issues I was having, replaced multiple issue faucets and recalled my master bath. Excellent work and would recommend.
