Might be the easiest and nicest people you can work with. Updated two bathrooms and I needed to have somebody that could work with the tile guy. Jeff was super easy to work with when it came to scheduling. Andy did the work and did a really nice job. He is a really nice guy and honest. You cannot put a price tag on someone being upfront and honest. I have had them do other work in the past, but this was by far the most involved and they did not disappoint. The pricing seemed reasonable, too.

Max Sherman was such an effective and professional plumber who solved some complex plumbing problems. He was very informative of everything involved in what he did and discussing options when problems arose to be solved. He was also a very friendly and likable young man with a wealth of knowledge. Not only did he repair all of the plumbing issues, but gave us very good advice of how to avoid the problems in the future. I was especially impressed by his knowledge of how the plumbing had been installed, accurately predicting the year it had been done, and recommendations for future solutions.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience on some thing I expected to be really traumatic And super expensive, which was not welcome right after Christmas. So thank you again for having such a helpful, competent, and Knowledgeable employee.

This is the only plumber I will ever have. Andy and his crew are by far the best. They are fair and very efficient. They know their stuff. Have used therm twice and they don't leave you hanging. Andy gets someone out asap. Can't say enough about them.

Jonathan did an excellent job in diagnosing the problem and then solving it. Later a tech came with a camera and determined that the job had been done perfectly. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter to everyone. Both Jonathan and the tech were very friendly and professional. Excellent service.

We had a horrible sewer gas smell in our house, and O’Shea was able to identify the problem and stop it. They were very responsive when we had a follow up issue as well! Really appreciate them!
