extremely expensive, 15 mins of work for one plumber, the other plumber was there standing and looking at the other guy working. I was billed $218.56. Called and asked for explanation i was told i was billed a minimum rates even if the work was 5 mins i would have been billed the same. I spoke to Frank.

The Rotor Rooter repair man (Francisco ), was very professional, polite and responsive to restoring the toilet to working properly. He arrived in less than 30 minutes and assessed the problem and finished the job with no mess.

You can't go wrong with Andy and his crew. I was changing the fridge in my bar and while removing the water line, the cheap valve that was previously installed, stateds leaking. I called Andy and he told me how to turn the water off and sent a guy out. They installed a much better valve and even let me know about another valve that was leaking as well. I couldn't be happier. I've recommended A&A to many people and everyone of them have been completely happy! Thank you for saving me from a flooded basement!

Thomas did a phenomenal job. We already had someone out who failed to fix our backup in our kitchen pipe. He was hard at it for a few hours and thoroughly explained everything he was doing. Most importantly, he cleaned up after himself and took pride in it long the way. I really appreciated the job that Thomas did for us.
