Duane explained and went over the process thoroughly. Prompt and personable. He put a pressure reducing valve in and went over a couple other items with me over my new sprinkler system. Got our pressure up exactly perfect. Best it has been in 28 years. I’m very pleased with his workmanship and explaining what he was doing. Also found out my expansion tank didn’t have enough pressure fixed that quickly.

Installed plumbing for our new pool and Max was FANTASTIC! Kept me informed of what needed done, what he was doing and what I needed to do once he was finished. Respectful, friendly, prompt and professional, Max was all of them. Highly recommend!

We needed a bathroom in the bases and they did an awesome job. The guys where up front, honest and did a great job. It seemed that it was not just a job for them, but about pride in the work. I will use them again.

After quoting me $185-$225 for a minor repair, the technician showed up and changed the price to $385.

Rotor-rotor was up front about the cost and any other issues that may arise while attempting to clean your clogged drains. They also send out a technician with a camera for a follow up inspection which gives you piece of mind seeing first hand what was done.

Matt was an outstanding technician. Honest and friendly service. He discussed several options and we didn’t feel pressured to commit to any one option. Same day service. We have used Aksarben for several repairs on a home we bought a few years ago and would recommend. Would highly recommend Matt for all AC/HVAC issues.

I have a Service Contract with HomeServe for my outside plumbing items. The company had Raymond Plumbing do the work. I needed an indoor shutoff valve replaced, but first the outside shutoff valve had to be located. Raymond Plumbing coordinated with Omaha MUD to mark the location. Then Raymond installed the necessary items so the outside valve could be easily located in the future.
My wife was VERY happy with the workers and the work they did.
I would HIGHLY recommend Raymond Plumbing.

They did a leak repair about 60 days ago and we called them because it started leaking a week ago. When we spoke on Saturday we were told that they would come by later in the day, but no one came by or called. We called on Monday and they said they would come out at 230 and confirmed via text to confirm address. We waited for 3 hours and started calling and texting to see if they were coming and they did not respond at all. We had paid them over 220 bucks and so we had to pay a different plumber today 200 dollars and he said that the last plumber did not push it in far enough and put casing around it . So we had to pay again for their error and they totally ghosted us. Very unprofessional, poor customer service, poor communication, and unreliable.
