I couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism and team that was brought over to my house. A technician was there to fix the issue along with a water damage specialist and plumbing inspector to check things out for me as well. They were all super knowledgeable and left me feeling great about the repairs they completed at my home. I will definitely be referring them to everyone I know!

Tony and Justice with this company were absolutely professional, respectful, prompt and awesome with their hands. They did wonderful work getting pipes pulled out and new ones in through the kitchen, bathroom and basement. They even cleaned up their mess and threw away scraps leaving me and my twin brother's home still looking brand new. Those pipes were so hideous in our basement and to see the new pipes down their and through the kitchen and bathroom, me and twin brother couldn't be anymore full of joy at this point. These guys definitely take their work and time serious and they definitely know how to get the job done. We are all smiles. What a blessing these men were to us considering we have only been in our home for 4 months, literally. I most definitely recommend these two, hands down....

Brent and his team are hands down the best in the business. As a contractor, and home owner, their punctuality and attention to detail is second to none.

Once work is completed, Mr. Fay Dan does not return calls, text, and emails. All I want is my itemized receipt via email, but no further contact from Dan. Very dis-organized as he constantly goes back and forth to his vehicle for tools and parts. I let him use my tools so he could finish the job. Not very reliable once the job is completed. DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY!!

I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Rooter in Omaha, and particularly about Jaime Garcia who was our technician. We needed same day service, which the business gladly provided. Jaime went above and beyond the call of duty in trying to solve a very challenging problem. He was professional throughout the entire repair; I highly recommend both him and Mr. Rooter.
