Best Sink Repairs in Omaha NE

Spoke with Ben who quoted me $135 an hour, which I agreed to. He sent 2 guys to fix 2 toilets which were ghost flushing and replace a sink faucet. Upon completion I was presented a bill with a $225 an hour charge. Spoke with Ben where he tried to bully me by repeatedly saying I was informed of the added charge for 2 men when I was not informed. The bill also included a $100 charge for parts which were worth maybe $20 max. Not 48 hours later both toilets stopped working. Again spoke with Ben who was incredulous the toilets were not working and begrudgingly stated he would have someone take a look at them sometime next week. Aghast, I reiterated BOTH toilets were not working. He reluctantly agreed to have someone out that day. 2 weeks later, one toilet started vacuum sealing and the other would not complete a full flush. Afraid to call Ben, who had stated he was done with me. I videoed a friend where we discovered Ben's plumbers had turned down the tank water so low, it was causing these issues. I fixed it myself.

Water heater started leaking and we called OCB and talked to Chris, he had two guys out right away and they did a great job with a great price! We will for sure use them again! Scott you have a great group of guys working for you!

Asked to get my tub faucet to shut off. Hot water and flow were fine to Micro Plumbing's visit. I now shower in lukewarm water and flow is far less. I was given one solution to fixing the problem, swap out my piping (I live in older home - never experienced any issues prior). Second repair person confrontational, owner said he would return call - five days later still waiting. $375 for lukewarm water. I hope at best it's incompetence and not trying to fleece an older customer. Not worth a star - but people need to know.

I will be using Action Rooter again. I recently had a clogged drain from our washing machine drain. I had Aksarben Plumbing come out. The guy could not get it unclogged and charged me. They gave a estimate of $1500-$2500 to replace the pipes.
Action Rooter came out the same day and unplugged the drain. Charged me $49 less than Aksarben. Also gave us a 30 day warranty on his work. We have three centers and for now on we will be using Action Rooter. Thank you very much!

Didn't really fix the issue. Had to have another service come a few days later and do the job correctly

Might be the easiest and nicest people you can work with. Updated two bathrooms and I needed to have somebody that could work with the tile guy. Jeff was super easy to work with when it came to scheduling. Andy did the work and did a really nice job. He is a really nice guy and honest. You cannot put a price tag on someone being upfront and honest. I have had them do other work in the past, but this was by far the most involved and they did not disappoint. The pricing seemed reasonable, too.

This business is connected to NxtGen Plumbing. Although I called NxtGen for service, they sent me confirmation texts as 'Southside Plumbing' as well as answering the phone by saying 'Southside Plumbing so I want to make sure the MAJOR problems they create are transparent...
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Please be cautious when using this company as they will take (A LOT OF) your money without fixing any of your problems.
The first problem arose when I initially called to schedule a technician to come to my home. The secretary was kind but she told me she didn't have the schedule in front of her and that she would give me a call back the next morning. I NEVER received the phone call so I called back myself, I was scheduled for the next day between 12-4. I received a phone call from the technician the day he was supposed to come around 3pm. He told me that he would have to charge me over time if he arrived at 4 as this would be after working hours. I told him I would just elect for the next morning to avoid additional costs, and what's one more day without hot water.
Well, the technician was unprofessional as he not only showed up an hour late, but he charged me for that hour in which he was looking for a part that he couldn't find. When he finally arrived at my house, he sat in his work vehicle on a personal call (he told me it was a personal call) for at least 10 minutes (time I was paying for). He then proceeded to replace a thermal coupling (something I could have easily picked up down the street) and left. LOW AND BEHOLD, still no hot water.
I am an understanding person but this is where it sent me over the edge, I called back to obviously have someone come back to FIX THE PROBLEM THAT I PAID FOR. The secretary told me that she would call me back tomorrow for 4 straight days. Four days, they purposefully put me off for what? Finally, when I begged to be put on the schedule 3 days out, they told me that they can't get me in until the following Monday. That would mean they didn't come back to fix the problem 10 days AFTER I paid them to fix it the first time....
This place will ROB YOU AND NOT FIX YOUR PROBLEMS AND THEN PUT YOU OFF SO THAT THEY DON'T HAVE TO COME BACK.

Honest and reasonably priced. Immediate call back when answering service took my number. Had them install new water system in whole house replacing galvanized pipe. Never had such good volume and pressure prior to their installation.

You can't go wrong with Andy and his crew. I was changing the fridge in my bar and while removing the water line, the cheap valve that was previously installed, stateds leaking. I called Andy and he told me how to turn the water off and sent a guy out. They installed a much better valve and even let me know about another valve that was leaking as well. I couldn't be happier. I've recommended A&A to many people and everyone of them have been completely happy! Thank you for saving me from a flooded basement!

Bill and Scott treated me like family and saved me Thousands of dollars by snaking my main drain instead of tearing up my drive way . I was scared because of the magnitude of the situation but Scott calmed me down and walk me through the situation . Also when my garbage disposal broke they were able to come the next morning to fix it . I highly recommend and trust Scott and Bill I won’t go to anyone else. They also cleaned everything afterwards

The company had to squeeze me into their schedule because I had to leave town this afternoon. Brandon was the service provider and he is the best! He took his time, explained everything, and persisted until the problem was solved.

Oh my goodness! I cannot explain how much I appreciate and very happy with the service I received from Fernando! He was quick and on time!

I was trying myself, to change my faucet, and it went haywire! Water going down into my basement, and it just was not pretty! Fernando came in and went to work!

He put my new faucet on, and also new valves because the old ones were awful!

In all I 100% recommend calling Fernando for all of your plumbing services! I have already saved his number for another one of my mess up!
