He had some minor inconveniences (a leaky pipe and replacing a valve with 2 water lines instead of one) but he dealt with it in a professional manner. I needed my kitchen drain cleaned and after the tech tried for over an hour, I asked him to call his boss. After 7 unsuccessful attempts to clear the drain I was told his boss said they would have to have a specialist come and install a clean out for the kitchen pipes. I called a plumber and he came to house and said there was probably already a clean out for the kitchen drain. Sure enough it was behind drywall that the previous owners had installed. I called Southside plumbing and they said a drain cleaner would arrive between 8-12 the next day to finish cleaning the drain. That day at 2 pm I called and was told they wouldn’t be coming because they were still working on a drain from that morning. The boss got on the phone and didn’t like that I was disgusted with them for not notifying me that they weren’t coming and hung up on me. When I called back he told me to find someone else, that they wouldn’t send anybody else to my house. $240 later I still don’t have a clean drain. Southside takes your money with NO GUARANTEE!! Don’t use them - if any problems arise that they can’t fix - they take your money and run!

I can not recommend these guys enough. I called and spoke to Brad on the phone to get a quote for replacing a washer hookup and moving a water line for my new fridge. He got out there within a day or two to actually get us the quote, then scheduled one of his guys to actually perform the work just a few days after that.

Carlos (the guy that did the work) was awesome. He offered to wear booties on his shoes even though our house is completely demolished for a remodel right now. He got the work done quickly, it looks great, and he didn't leave a mess when he was done. Best of all, it ended up costing less than what we thought it was going to cost.

Seriously, stop wasting time with Burton or whoever else – call Big Birge. They're fantastic.

Called on a Monday morning, after calling Burton, who wanted to charge $60 just to come out, A Raymond were out before 11am the same day of the call to install a hot water heater. They charge by the hour, are incredibly professional and Casey the serviceman went absolutely above and beyond in his courtesy and installation. Don't waste your time calling anyone else.

Do not call this company, they send sales techs. they sign you up on a priority service but you will not be a priority when you need them. its all up selling and reoccurring charges. you will NOT get straight answers only sales pitch... as bad or worse than burton.

JP Plumbing was on-time and did very satisfactory work. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends for any plumbing needs. This is the 2nd time we have used JP Plumbing and very satisfied both times.
