I called Micro close to the end of the day in desperate need for a plumber. My garbage disposal and dishwasher were clogged and overflowing and I had no idea what to do about it. I called and they were able to send someone out within that hour even though the day was nearly over. They showed up and fixed everything! The best part was it did not cost me an arm and a leg. Totally prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. I will use them again for sure!

I messaged Big Birge near the end of the day to come check out my sprinkler system, for what appeared to be several leaks. James came out first thing in the morning the next day. He was fantastic. Friendly, checked everything thoroughly, identified the problem which was thankfully less severe than I thought, and got it all fixed up right away and for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend James and Big Birge to anyone looking for a plumber. I’ll definitely be calling them next time we have a problem.

He took apart the unit, cleaned out the leaves, sprayed everything down, and wipped the outside of the unit. Looks brand new even though its 7 years old.

First hired 402 Plumbing Services for a clogged bathroom sink. Called at 3, job was done by 4:30. It was Friday before Easter weekend so we were pretty nervous about being able to get it done in time for the holiday. Thankfully the response time was pretty much immediate.
