Paul and Wes came out today to unclog our kitchen sink drain. They were punctual and very friendly. While working they were very informative when telling us what caused the problem/how it can be fixed. While here, they followed all safety measures to help ensure everyone was as safe as possible.

I can not recommend these guys enough. I called and spoke to Brad on the phone to get a quote for replacing a washer hookup and moving a water line for my new fridge. He got out there within a day or two to actually get us the quote, then scheduled one of his guys to actually perform the work just a few days after that.

Carlos (the guy that did the work) was awesome. He offered to wear booties on his shoes even though our house is completely demolished for a remodel right now. He got the work done quickly, it looks great, and he didn't leave a mess when he was done. Best of all, it ended up costing less than what we thought it was going to cost.

Seriously, stop wasting time with Burton or whoever else – call Big Birge. They're fantastic.

Due to inclement weather I didn't expect to receive service for my flooded basement bathroom until sometime later this week. I had a water pipe burst due to the cold weather that came in December 2022. Dana, the plumber, came out to fix the pipes. He was very personable and delivered 5 star customer service. He also had the issue fixed in two hours with a very reasonable bill. If you need plumbing assistance call this company and ask for Dana. I can't recommend him enough for his service and professionalism!!!

Called for a simple shower drain. Sent 2 very young and cleary inexperienced kids that attempterd to clear the drain tried to charg me 400 for no results ended up paying 300 called a real plumber and in 4 minutes it was open and flowing perfect. Contacted 2 men and a snake was told the owner would contact me to.make this right that was a month agi...2 boys and a crook...

I was trying to merge into traffic and someone driving a victory plumbing truck finally let me in. It says alot about people and their character (patient's) by the way they drive. I have never worked with victory plumbing but I just might have to call them if I have any plumbing needs
