We had our drains cleaned, for scale build up. They did a great job. Talked through the entire process.

Had to call them back with a plugged. It was something that should not have been flushed down the toilet. They scoped the drain with me watching. They did not charge me for the call back! Highly recommend!

Plumrite was able to identify the problem with my plumbing and fix it all within 3 days time. (Had to excavate and dig up part of the street and refill). They did awesome work and were very professional and very affordable. Can't reccomend them enough!

I had 2 plumbers come out from the same company and they pretty much just unclogged the toilet, without even attempting to get to the bottom of what had been going on for the past several months. different drains and toilets constantly clogging up. I didn't find out it was the main line and roots from our trees that were blocking the main passage, until I called Benjamin Franklin. They sent out Mark and Avery who got to the root of the problem 😂😂 they were professional and not only listened but asked questions to troubleshoot the problem. They came out about 4 months ago and not a single clog since. I'd also like to mention that due to the other plumbers NOT getting to bottom of our issue, it cost me a few thousand dollars to replace carpet and the dry wall between the bathroom and living area in my basement. I highly recommend this company, they take pride in their work.
