Finally! A plumber that gets the job done in a cost effective manor without trying to upcharge/sell unnecessary repairs. I was beginning to think this style of business had become extinct. I have used Micro on three occasions and won't call anyone else.

We called Bill to fix a clogged toilet/tub on a Saturday at 12 PM. He showed up within an hour, was curtesy, professional and was able to get our clog freed up. I would highly recommend Bill. He is incredibly Afforable and responsive. Thank you, Bill for saving us a headache.

I was very impressed with south side plumbing because the plumber they sent out was named Nick and he was very charming and knew exactly what he was doing and fixed my pipes and I will definitely be recommending him to everyone I know! They installed my water heater fine however they didn't clean up behind themselves and the next day the drain that my washer goes to is clogged. I called them to help cause there was no issue with that drain before and they wanted to charge me $140 an hour. Do not use these people. They are very unprofessional and very unhelpful

Highly recommend Zach and Durham Plumbing. Had a leaky garbage disposal, he was able to make it same day, just a few hours after I called, and swap it out quickly. Will certainly use again in the future!

Very professional employees. Left no mess for me to clean up.

They did some work for me in the past (water softener) and did well. However, they dropped the ball on putting in a spout and valve in the shower. The spout was too far from the wall (big gap) and the copper lines were not soldered on correctly.
Water poured down the ceilings. I called and left a message and nothing. However, before then they put the wrong shower turn on/off handle and broke next few days. I had to get my plumber once again to fix their job.
