Best Leaking Pipes in Omaha NE

Worst company. They collected $640 from us and were trying to collect money from the insurance company as well for the same service. Their final word was to get another company to give us an estimate after they supposedly located the broken pipe, and were going to start working.
Reported for Insurance fraud, Federal Trade Comission for this guy business practice.
BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! A total scam!!!

We have HomeServe Warranty. Raymond Plumbing was assigned our trouble ticket. All aspects of the service was great: Scheduling and onsite work. Special recognition to the Technical Derek. He was professional, did a super job, and answered all of my questions.

Daniel the Tech was nice. The receptionist also was pleasant to work with. Had a new flange and toilet installed. Old toilet removed. I was quoted 3 different prices and the cheapest option was $995. Seemed very high, but wanted to get the job done.

Very poor response time. I see it gets slower when you have a warranty.

I was trying to merge into traffic and someone driving a victory plumbing truck finally let me in. It says alot about people and their character (patient's) by the way they drive. I have never worked with victory plumbing but I just might have to call them if I have any plumbing needs

Ron Peterson was dispatched to our home two weeks ago, on a Saturday afternoon, to fix a clogged toilet. My husband and I were impressed with his work ethic and how personable he was that we special requested him to replace our water heater today. The coldest day of the year, -37° windchill, Ron showed up and finished the job. We are already planning for him to come back in the Spring to run a camera through our pipes. I highly recommend Ron and Mr. Rooter for all your plumbing needs!

Edit…(12/28/2022) Third call to Mr. Rooter. We had a sink that wouldn’t drain in a bathroom. We have only lived in this house a month. Called Mr. Rooter and they dispatched Jamie to our residence. He was amazing! Very thorough, professional, and explained everything my husband and I needed to know regarding the issue. These guys have been amazing and they will continue to have our service in future. Again, we highly recommend their service!

Monte was seriously awesome! He sealed a couple pipes at an affordable price & came back and fixed an additional issue that came up. He was quick & professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.
