Great service! Josh was professional and friendly. They redirected my vent stack, hooked up our dishwasher and disposal, and ran a new water line for our refrigerator. They went above and beyond with this service call. I recommend this company without question.

Quality service from beginning to end. They walked me through what they were going to do and how, they put plastic on my carpets and stairs and covered my furniture since they had to cut into my wall board and dust was going to go everywhere. They also cleaned up after they were done; wiped down the walls of all the dust, cleaned up my carpets and cleaned up my floors, all this was unexpected!!

They charge you to give you an estimate. Basically, before they even do anything. How can you charge anyone before you do any job?! We, the customers, should make them to get rid of habits like this. I'm sorry, but this is a rip-off.

Called because my flush lever wasn't working. Fixed it and said the job was covered by a 30 day warranty. Two weeks after coming out, the lever broke in half and they came out and fixed it as they said they would. No fuss and they didn't beat their chests about how nice they were for doing it. Would highly recommend.

When our main sewer line was clogged, I made an online appointment with Roto Rooter for a service call. It was very easy to do. I promptly received an email confirming the date and time (within 24 hours of my problem). I received a call that our service man was on the way. He arrived soon after. We had 2 terrific people work on our sewer line, Joe and Kemper. They both followed COVID protocol, and with the proper equipment cleared our sewer line, vacuumed up water from the floor, and left our basement in tip top shape.Roto Rooter, Joe and Kemper all get an A+ for their prompt service and professionalism in resolving our clog. I highly recommend their service!

The technician Dan arrived on time, spent a long time looking at my slow moving drains, listening to my concerns. He was able to show me the real problem is my galvanized pipes that are connected to new pipes that were added before I owned the house, not clogged drains as I was thinking. He gave me a price quote for the work needed to be done to make the house right. Overall I was pleased with the service although I will have to decide what to do moving forward.

We had company in town and at 7pm on a Saturday night our drain was completely backed up. John was here at 8pm and fixed our issue with ease. He was extremely professional, highly knowledgeable, and extremely affordable. We could not recommend them more!! Such a lifesaver!
